Claims (3)
- 아크용접용 와이어로서, Hv1경도계에서 측정한 경도로 와이어 단면상의 중심부와 표면의 경도차가 18이하이고, 길이방향의 경도차가 와이어의 임의의 200mm 간격으로 측정하였을 때 15이하인 아크용접용 와이어.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 와이어 단면의 중심부와 표면의 경도차 및 상기 와이어 길이방향의 경도차는 다음식으로 정의되는 접촉면적비를 3 내지 3.5범위로 특정함으로써 조정하는 것을 특징으로하는 아크용접용 와이어.접촉면적비 = 감면접촉비(감면접촉면적/인입선단면적) +교정접촉비(교정접촉면적/인출선단면적)
- 아크용접용 와이어를 원하는 선경으로 인발하기 위한 통상의 아크용접용 와이어의 신선방법으로서,상기 와이어의 최종신선은 두 단계에 걸쳐 행하되 첫 번째 단계는 와이어(W)와 다이의 접촉각의 조정을 통해 와이어 단면상의 중심부와 표면의 경도편차를 감소시키는 단계와,두 번째 단계는 와이어(W)가 교정되는 베어링부(200)의 길이의 조정을 통해 와이어의 길이방향의 경도 편차를 감소시키는 단계로 구성되는 청구항 1항 또는 청구항 2항기재의 아크용접용 와이어의 신선방법.
