Claims (2)
- 용접속도 30 ~ 70 CPM의 저전류 단락이행 용접조건에서 우수한 아크안정성을 나타내는 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강 용접용 와이어로서,Hv1 경도계를 기준으로 상기 와이어 단면상의 중심부와 표면의 경도차가 18이하이고, 상기 와이어의 길이방향에 대하여 임의의 200㎜ 간격으로 측정한 경도차가 15이하이며,상기 와이어에 함유된 미량원소 (Si+P+S+N)/Mn의 값이 0.19 ~ 0.62임을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강 용접용 와이어.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 와이어 단면의 중심부와 표면의 경도차 및 상기 와이어 길이방향의 경도차는 다음식으로 정의되는 접촉면적비를 3 내지 3.5범위로 특정함으로써 조정하는 것을 특징으로하는 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강 용접용 와이어.접촉면적비 = 감면접촉비(감면접촉면적/인입선단면적) +교정접촉비(교정접촉면적/인출선단면적)
