Claims (8)
- 백금족 금속을 갖는 내화성 무기 산화물, 질소 산화물 흡착제, 및 탄화수소 흡착제를 함유하는 제 1촉매 성분 및 질소 산화물의 정화를 위한 제 2촉매 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 질소 산화물 흡착제의 상기 제 1촉매 성분이 니켈 또는 수화된 산화 철을 포함하고, 상기 탄화수소 흡착제가 제올라이트를 포함하고, 상기 백금족 금속은 백금, 팔라듐 및 로듐으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 제 1촉매 성분이 배기 가스의 유동 방향에 대하여 상류측에 고농도로 배치되고, 상기 제 2촉매 성분은 하류측에 고농도로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 적어도 2 개의 집합이고, 상기 제 1촉매 성분은 배기 가스의 유동 방향에 대하여 상류측에 배치되고, 제 2촉매 성분은 하류측에 각각 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2촉매 성분이 균일하게 혼합된것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 제 1촉매 성분이 내층을 형성하도록 제조되고, 상기 제 2촉매 성분이 내층의 바깥에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 탄화수소: 질소 산화물의 몰비(탄화수소: 질소 산화물)가 0.1 내지 2:1인 배기 가스를 제 1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 기술한 배기 가스 정화 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 배기 가스가 디젤 엔진으로부터 발생된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
