Abstract
Description
Claims (3)
- (1) 전극을 절연하는 격리막을 로울러에 의해 권출하는 단계;(2) 상기 격리막 양면의 음극판 및 양극판이 부착되는 위치에 에어 인젝터(air injector)를 이용하여 접착제를 도포하는 단계;(3) 상기 격리막의 양면에 각각 음극판 및 양극판을 일정간격으로 접착하는 단계;(4) 상기 접착된 음극판 및 양극판을 라미네이션(lamination)시키는 단계;(5) 상기 음극판 및 양극판이 부착된 격리막을 음극판과 양극판이 서로 교호되도록 적층하는 단계를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 에어 인젝터는 노즐의 내경이 50∼300㎛인 것을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (2) 내지 (4) 단계는 격리막이 수직인 상태에서 이루어 짐을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법.
