Claims (2)
- 다수개의 구리전극판(22)들이 점착되어 있는 제 1필름(20)과, 분리막(46)으로 덮혀져 있는 다수개의 알루미늄 전극판(44)들이 점착되어 있는 제 2필름(34)을 구비하며, 상기 제 2필름(34)의 알루미늄 전극판(44)들 위로 분리막(46)을 사이에 두고 상기 제 1필름(20)에 점착되어 있는 구리전극판(22)들을 자동으로 접합시키게 되는 구리 전극판과 알루미늄 전극판의 자동 접합장치에 있어서,위쪽과 아래쪽으로 복수개의 롤러(14, 18)들이 장착되고, 상기 롤러(14, 18)들 사이로 모터의 동력으로 회전하는 구동롤러(16)가 장착되어 있는 지지대(12)와;상기 지지대(12)의 우측으로 일정거리 떨어진 상태로 위치하며 끝단에는 꺽임부(28)가 형성되어 있는 플레이트(26) 및 ;상기 플레이트(26)의 우측에 상, 하로 위치하는 복수개의 압착롤러(38, 40)들을 포함하며;상기 제 1필름(20)은 상기 지지대(12)의 위쪽에 장착되어 있는 롤러(14)에 권취된 상태에서 상기 플레이트(26)의 꺽임부(28)를 경유한 후, 반대쪽으로 꺽여지며 상기 롤러(14) 아래에 위치하고 있는 상기 구동롤러(16)에 감겨지도록 구성하고;상기 제 2필름(34)은 상기 지지대(12)의 아래쪽에 장착되어 있는 롤러(18)에 권취된 상태에서 상기 압착롤러(38, 40) 사이를 통과하도록 구성하여 ;상기 제 1필름(20)에 점착되어 있는 구리 전극판(22)들은 상기 제 1필름(20)이 상기 플레이트(26)의 꺽임부(28)를 경유하는 과정에서 반대쪽으로 꺽여질 때, 상기 제 1필름(20)에서 분리된 후, 상기 제 2필름(34)에 점착되어 있는 알루미늄 전극판(44)에 덮혀진 분리막(46) 위에 얹혀진 다음, 상기 제 2필름(34)과 함께 상기 압착롤러(38, 40) 사이를 통과하는 과정에서 압착되며 알루미늄 전극판(44) 위에 분리막(46)을 사이에 두고 접합되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 구리 전극판과 알루미늄 전극판의 자동 접합장치.
