Description
Claims (14)
- 두개의 투명 합성 수지 층, 상기 두개의 투명 수지 층사이에 삽입된 광변색 특성을 갖는 하나의 수지 층 및 편광 특성을 갖는 하나의 수지 층, 상기 편광 특성을 갖는 수지 층을 상기 하나의 투명 합성 수지 층에 부착하기 위한 접착층으로 필수적으로 구성되는 광변색 특성 및 편광 특성 둘다를 갖는 합성 수지 적층체로 여기서 광변색 특성을 갖는 수지 층과 접촉하는 상기의 하나의 투명 합성 수지 층이 50 ㎛ 이상의 두께를 갖고, 150 ㎚ 이하 또는 3000 ㎚ 이상의 지연(retardation) 값을 갖는 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접착층에 접촉하고 있는 상기 하나의 투명 합성 수지가 100 ㎛ 이상의 두께를 갖는 합성 수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 광변색 특성을 갖는 상기 수지 층이 50 ㎛ 내지 250 ㎛ 의 두께를 갖는 합성 수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 두 투명 합성 수지 층이 폴리카보네이트 수지로 이루어지는 합성 수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 광변색 특성을 갖는 상기 수지 층이, 상기 하나의 투명합성 수지 층 및/또는 편광 특성을 갖는 상기 수지 층 위에, 디이소시아네이트 및 폴리올에서 수득된 폴리우레탄 및 광변색성 안료(들)의 혼합물을 적층하고 그후 경화 시켜 형성되는 층인 합성 수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 4 항에 있어서, 광변색 특성을 갖는 상기 수지 층이 폴리우레탄 예비 중합체 및 경화제의 반응으로 형성되는 광변색성 안료-함유 2-액체 폴리 우레탄로 이루어지는 합성 수지 적층체.
- 제 5 항 또는 6 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 예비 중합체가 양 말단에 디이소시아네이트 및 폴리올로부터 수득된 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 화합물인 합성 수지 적층체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 예비 중합체가 500 내지 5000 의 수 평균 분자량을 갖는 예비 중합체 및 500 내지 5000 의 수 평균 분자량을 갖는 경화제에서 유도된 화합물인 합성 수지 적층체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 예비 중합체가 양 말단에 디페닐메탄-4,4'-디이소시아네이트 및 폴리프로필렌 글리콜에서 유도된 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 화합물인 합성 수지 적층체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 경화제가 적어도 양말단에 디이소시아네이트 및 폴리올에서 수득된 히드록실기를 갖는 화합물인 합성 수지 적층체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 경화제가 적어도 양 말단에 톨릴렌디이소사아네이트 및 폴리프로필렌 글리콜에서 수득된 히드록실기를 갖는 화합물인 합성 수지 적층체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 2-액체 폴리우레탄이 억제된(hindered) 아민 화합물 및/또는 억제된 페놀 화합물을 더 포함하는 합성 수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 편광 특성을 갖는 상기 수지 층이 2 색 안료를 사용한 향상된 내열성을 갖는 편광 필름으로 이루어지는 합성 수지 적층체.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 기재된 합성 수지 적층체를 진공 성형하여, 곡면 표면의 형상으로 제조된 성형 물품.
