Abstract
Description
Claims (3)
- a) 기판;b) 상기 기판 위에 형성된 정공 주입전극;c) 정공 주입전극 위에 형성된 유기 정공 수송층;d) 상기 정공 수송층 위에 형성되는 것으로, 전자 친화성 및 전자 이동성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 n형 반도체인 유기 발광층;e) 유기 발광층 위에 형성된 2층 계면 구조물;f) 상기 2층 계면 구조물 위에 형성되는 것으로, 유기 발광층보다 높은 전자 친화성 및 전자 이동성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 n형 반도체이며 2층 계면 구조물이 전자 수송층으로부터 유기 발광층으로의 효과적인 전자 수송능을 제공하는 전자 수송층; 및g) 전자 수송층 위에 형성된 전자 주입전극을 포함하는 저전압 유기 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,전자 수송층이 구리 프탈로시아닌을 포함하는 저전압 유기 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,2층 계면 구조물이, 유기 발광층에 접해있는 불화 알칼리의 박층, 및 불화 알칼리의 박층 위에 형성되어 있으며 전자 수송층에 접해있는 알루미늄 박층을 포함하는저전압 유기 발광 소자.
