Claims (9)
- 복수의 게이트 신호선에 주사 신호를 공급하는 수직 드라이버와, 상기 복수의 게이트 신호에 교차된 복수의 드레인 신호선에 데이터 신호를 공급하는 수평 드라이버와, 상기 양 신호선의 교차부 근방에 상기 양 신호선에 접속된 박막 트랜지스터와, 상기 박막 트랜지스터에 접속된 발광 소자와, 상기 발광 소자에 전류를 공급하는 소자 구동 전원을 구비하는 표시 장치에 있어서,상기 양 드라이버를 구동하는 전압의 상기 양 드라이버로의 공급을 정지하기 전에, 상기 소자 구동 전원으로의 전압 공급을 정지하는 순차 회로를 구비하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 박막 트랜지스터는 제1 및 제2 박막 트랜지스터로 이루어져 있고,상기 제1 박막 트랜지스터의 드레인은 상기 드레인 신호선에, 게이트는 상기주사 신호선에, 소스는 상기 제2 박막 트랜지스터의 게이트에 각각 접속되어 있으며,상기 제2 박막 트랜지스터의 드레인은 상기 소자 구동 전원에, 소스는 상기 발광 소자의 한 쪽 전극에 접속되어 있는 표시 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 순차 회로는, 상기 양 드라이버를 구동하는 전압의 상기 양 드라이버로의 공급 후에, 상기 소자 구동 전원으로의 전압을 공급하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 순차 회로는 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터, 제1 및 제2 저항, 및 상기 제1 트랜지스터와 상기 제2 트랜지스터를 접속한 제3 저항으로 이루어지고,상기 제1 트랜지스터의 에미터는 소자 구동 전원 발생 회로에 접속된 상기 제1 저항에, 베이스는 전원에, 콜렉터는 접지에 접속되어 있으며,상기 제2 트랜지스터의 에미터는 상기 양 드라이버를 구동하는 구동 전원 발생 회로에 접속된 상기 제2 저항에, 베이스는 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 에미터에 접속된 제3 저항 및 한 쪽을 접지에 접속한 용량의 다른 쪽에, 콜렉터는 접지에 접속되어 있는 표시 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 순차 회로는 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터, 제1 및 제2 저항, 및 상기 제1 트랜지스터와 상기 제2 트랜지스터를 접속한 제3 저항으로 이루어지고,상기 제1 트랜지스터의 에미터는 소자 구동 전원 발생 회로에 접속된 상기 제1 저항에, 베이스는 전원에, 콜렉터는 접지에 접속되어 있으며,상기 제2 트랜지스터의 에미터는 상기 양 드라이버를 구동하는 구동 전원 발생 회로에 접속된 상기 제2 저항에, 베이스는 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 에미터에 접속된 제3 저항 및 한 쪽을 접지에 접속한 용량의 다른 쪽에, 콜렉터는 접지에 접속되어 있는 표시 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발광 소자는 일렉트로 루미네센스 소자인 표시 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 발광 소자는 일렉트로 루미네센스 소자인 표시 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 발광 소자는 일렉트로 루미네센스 소자인 표시 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 발광 소자는 일렉트로 루미네센스 소자인 표시 장치.
