Claims (7)
- 하기 화학식 I의 아민 화합물.화학식 I상기 식에서,Ar1, Ar2, Ar3및 Ar4는 각각 치환기를 가질 수 있는 핵 원자수 5 내지 30의 아릴기이고, 이들중 하나 이상은 m-3급 페닐기이고,Ar5및 Ar6은 각각 치환기를 가질 수 있는 핵 원자수 5 내지 30의 아릴렌기이고,X는 O, S, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬렌기, 핵 원자수 5 내지 30의 아릴렌기, 또는 디페닐메틸렌기이고,p 및 q는 각각 0 내지 3의 정수이고,r은 O 또는 1이나, 단, p와 q의 합은 1 이상이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Ar1, Ar2, Ar3및 Ar4중 하나 이상이 m-3급 페닐기이고, 나머지가 페닐기 또는 나프틸기인 아민 화합물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,m-3급 페닐기가 하기 화학식 II의 기인 아민 화합물.화학식 II
- 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 필수적으로 유기 발광층이 개재되어 있고, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 아민 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전자발광 소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 아민 화합물이 정공 수송 대역에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전자발광 소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 아민 화합물이 정공 수송층에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전자발광 소자.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유기 발광 대역에 하기 화학식 III 내지 V의 스티릴기를 갖는 방향족 화합물로부터 선택된 화합물을 함유하는 유기 전자발광 소자.화학식 III[상기 식에서,Ar7은 치환기를 가질 수 있는 핵 원자수 5 내지 40의 방향족기이고,Ar8, Ar9및 Ar10은 각각 수소 원자이거나, 치환기를 가질 수 있는 핵 원자수 5 내지 30의 아릴기이고, 이들중 하나 이상은 치환기를 가질 수 있는 아릴기이고,n은 1 내지 6의 정수이다]화학식 IV[상기 식에서,Ar11은 치환기를 가질 수 있는 핵 원자수 5 내지 30의 방향족기이고,Ar12및 Ar13은 각각 수소 원자이거나, 치환기를 가질 수 있는 핵 원자수 5 내지 30의 아릴기이고,Ar11, Ar12및 Ar13중 하나 이상은 치환기를 가질 수 있는 스티릴기로 치환되고,m은 1 내지 6의 정수이다]화학식 V[상기 식에서,Ar14및 Ar20은 각각 치환기를 가질 수 있는 핵 원자수 5 내지 30의 아릴기이고,Ar15내지 Ar19는 각각 수소 원자이거나, 치환기를 가질 수 있는 핵 원자수 5 내지 30의 방향족기이고, 이들중 하나 이상은 치환기를 가질 수 있는 스티릴기로 치환되고,s, t, u 및 v는 각각 0 또는 1이다].
