Claims (5)
- 각각 제 1 및 제 2 실린더실이 부설되고 유압이 공급되어 홈폭을 변경 가능한 1 쌍의 가변풀리와 이 가변풀리 사이를 건너지른 벨트로 이루어지는 변속기구부와,라인압을 생성하여 상기 라인압을 제 2 실린더실로 상시 공급하는 라인압 공급수단과,액츄에이터에 구동되어 라인압을 원압으로 한 유압을 제 1 실린더실로 공급하는 변속제어밸브와,운전상태에 의거하여 액츄에이터를 제어하는 변속지령을 출력함과 동시에 라인압 공급수단이 출력하는 라인압을 변화시키는 변속제어수단을 구비하는 무단변속기의 유압제어장치에 있어서,상기 변속제어수단은, 변속지령에 대한 변속달성 상황을 검출하는 변속달성 검출수단을 갖고, 고속측으로의 변속이 달성되지 않을 때에는 상기 라인압을 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속기의 유압제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터는 목표 변속비에 대응하는 위치까지 구동되는 스텝모터를 구비하고,상기 변속제어수단은 고속측으로의 변속이 달성되지 않는 경우에, 상기 스텝모터를 추가로 소정의 부가 스텝씩 구동시켜, 변속이 달성되지 않은 채로 부가 스텝수가 미리 정한 값에 도달하였을 때에 라인압을 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속기의 유압제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터는 목표변속비에 대응하는 위치까지 구동되는 스텝모터를 구비하고,상기 변속제어수단은 고속측으로의 변속이 달성되지 않는 경우에, 상기 스텝모터를 추가로 소정의 부가 스텝씩 구동시켜, 변속이 달성되지 않은 채로 스텝모터의 위치가 최고속 변속비에 대응하는 위치에 달하였을 때에 상기 라인압을 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속기의 유압제어장치.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 변속달성 검출수단은, 상기 1 쌍의 가변풀리 사이의 회전수비와 목표변속비를 비교하여 변속달성 상황을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속기의 유압제어장치.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 변속제어수단은 라인압을 상승시킨 후 변속달성 검출수단에 의해 변속이 달성된 것을 검출하였을 때, 라인압을 상기 상승 전의 레벨에 되돌리는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속기의 유압제어장치.
