Claims (11)
- 단량체를 티탄 성분과 유기 알루미늄 화합물을 포함하는 혼합 촉매 및 몰 질량 조절제의 존재하에 중합시킴을 포함하는, 용융유동지수(MFR 190/15)가 1.3g/10분 내지 10g/10분이고 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)가 3 내지 30이며 벌크 밀도가 0.05 내지 0.4g/cc이고 입자 크기가 5 내지 300㎛이며 입자 구조가 불규칙한 단독중합체 및/또는 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융유동지수(MFR 190/15)가 1.3g/10분 내지 10g/10분이고 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)가 3 내지 10이며 벌크 밀도가 0.1 내지 0.4g/cc이고 입자 크기가 20 내지 200㎛인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용융유동지수(MFR 190/15)가 1.4g/10분 내지 5g/10분이고 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)가 4 내지 8이며 벌크 밀도가 0.13 내지 0.3g/cc이고 입자 크기가 60 내지 180㎛인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용융유동지수(MFR 190/15)가 1.4g/10분 내지 3g/10분이고 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)가 4 내지 8이며 벌크 밀도가 0.15 내지 0.28g/cc이고 입자 크기가 60 내지 160㎛인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합이 30 내지 130℃의 온도 및 0.05 내지 4MPa의 압력에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합이 50 내지 90℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- Ti(IV) 화합물을 -40 내지 50℃에서 1:0.01 내지 1:4의 몰 비로 0.5 내지 60분 동안 알루미늄 화합물과 반응시킴을 포함하는, 입자 구조가 불규칙한 단독중합체 및/또는 공중합체 제조용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 알루미늄 성분이 Ti 성분에 대해 Al:Ti = 1:1 내지 30:1, 바람직하게는 2:1 내지 20:1의 비로 현탁 매질에 첨가되는 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, Ti(IV) 화합물과 유기 알루미늄 화합물의 반응이 포화 탄화수소 또는 포화 탄화수소들의 혼합물 속에서 -40 내지 100℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 출발 용액 속의 반응물의 농도가 용매 1ℓ당 Ti(IV) 화합물 0.1 내지 9.1mol 및 Al 화합물 0.01 내지 1mol인 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분들의 반응이 Ti(IV) 성분을 0.1 내지 60분에 걸쳐 Al 성분에 가함으로써 수행되는 방법.
