Claims (4)
- 평균 입경이 3㎛ 이상, 20㎛ 미만인 소구경 구상 탄소 물질; 및평균 입경이 20㎛ 이상, 25㎛ 이하인 대구경 구상 탄소 물질을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 소구경 구상 탄소 물질과 대구경 구상 탄소 물질의 혼합 비율은 20 내지 40 : 80 내지 60인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 소구경 구상 탄소 물질은 피치를 300 내지 450℃에서 용융시킨 다음, 용제 가용분을 제거하여 β-레진을 추출하는 단계;상기 β-레진에 수소를 첨가한 후, 중질화 처리하여 벌크 메조페이스 탄소 전구체를 제조하는 단계;상기 벌크 메조페이스 탄소 전구체를 평균 입경이 3 내지 20㎛가 되도록 분쇄하는 단계;상기 분쇄된 벌크 메조페이스 탄소 전구체를 열처리하는 단계로 제조되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 대구경 구상 탄소 물질은 피치를 용해하여 메조페이스카본 마이크로비드를 형성하는 단계;상기 메조페이스카본 마이크로비드를 유기 용매로 처리하여 유기 용매 불용성 성분을 제거하여 메조페이스카본 마이크로비드를 분리하는 단계;상기 메조페이스카본 마이크로비드를 탄화시키는 단계; 및상기 탄화된 메조페이스카본 마이크로비드를 흑연화하는 단계로 제조되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
