Claims (6)
- (a) 이미드 결합 단위를 갖는 중합체, 또는 아믹산 결합 단위와 이미드 결합 단위를 모두 갖는 중합체를 포함하는 액정 배향막에 있어서, 상기 중합체에서의 이미드 결합 단위와 아믹산 결합 단위의 합계 결합 단위수에 대한 이미드 결합 단위수의 백분율 비율이 30 내지 100 %이고,(b) 표면 장력의 극성값이 1O dyn/cm 이상인것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체가 테트라카르복실산 이무수물과 디아민을 반응시켜 얻어지는 중합체이고, 상기 테트라카르복실산 이무수물이 지방족 및(또는) 지환식 테트라카르복실산 이무수물인 액정 배향막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체에서의 이미드 결합 단위와 아믹산 결합 단위의 합계 결합 단위수에 대한 이미드 결합 단위수의 백분율 비율이 30 % 내지 70 %인 액정 배향막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 테트라카르복실산이 부탄테트라카르복실산 이무수물, 1,2,3,4-시클로부탄테트라카르복실산 이무수물, 1,2-디메틸-1,2,3,4-시클로부탄테트라카르복실산 이무수물, 1,3-디메틸-1,2,3,4-시클로부탄테트라카르복실산 이무수물, 1,3-디클로로-1,2,3,4-시클로부탄테트라카르복실산 이무수물, 1,2,3,4-테트라메틸-1,2,3,4-시클로부탄테트라카르복실산 이무수물, 1,2,3,4-시클로펜탄테트라카르복실산 이무수물, 1,2,4,5-시클로헥산테트라카르복실산 이무수물, 3,3',4,4'-디시클로헥실테트라카르복실산 이무수물, 2,3,5-트리카르복시시클로펜틸아세트산 이무수물, 3,5,6-트리카르복시노르보르난-2-아세트산 이무수물, 2,3,4,5-테트라히드로푸란테트라카르복실산 이무수물, 비시클로[2.2.2]-옥토-7-엔-2,3,5,6-테트라카르복실산 이무수물 및 시스-3,7-디부틸시클로옥타-1,5-디엔-1,2,5,6-테트라카르복실산 이무수물로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 액정 배향막. ·
- 제1항에 있어서, 분자내에 하나 이상의 에폭시기를 갖는 화합물을 함유하는 액정 배향막.
- 제1항에 기재된 액정 배향막을 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소자.
