Claims (8)
- 일반식 SrBi2Nb2O9로 표시되는 주성분을 포함하고, 상기 일반식에 의해 표시되는 상기 주성분에 있어서, Bi 1mol에 대해 0mol 보다 많고 0.3mol 이하의 비율로 Si를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 일반식 SrBi2(Nb1-ySiy)2O9로 표시되는 성분을 주성분으로 함유하고, 상기 y는 0<y≤0.3 인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 Bi 1mol에 대해 0mol 보다 많고 0.25mol 이하의 비율로 Sr 이외의 2가 금속 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 Sr이외의 2가 금속 원소가 Mg, Ca, 및 Ba중에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, Bi 1mol에 대해 0mol 보다 많고 0.15mol 이하의 비율로 Bi이외의 3가 금속 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 Bi이외의 3가 금속 원소가 La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Dy, Er, Yb, Sc, 및 Y 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 망간을 MnCO3로 환산하여 0중량% 보다 많고 1.0중량% 이하의 비율로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항에 따른 압전 세라믹 조성물로 구성된 압전 세라믹, 및 상기 압전 세라믹 상에 형성된 전극을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹 소자.
