Claims (7)
- Ca, Bi, Ti 및 산소를 포함하는 비스무트(bismuth)층형상 화합물을 주성분으로 하고, 상기 주성분이 되는 비스무트층형상 화합물중의 Ca, Bi 및 Ti의 몰비를 a:b:c라고 했을 때, 0.15≤a/c<0.25, 또한 3.5≤(2a+3b)/c≤3.88의 관계를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹.
- 제 1항에 있어서, Ca이외의 2가의 금속 원소 또는 Bi이외의 3가의 금속 원소를, 상기 주성분중의 Ti 1mol에 대하여 0.1mol이하의 비율로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 주성분중에 함유되는 Ca이외의 2가의 금속 원소는 Mg, Sr, Ba 및 Pb에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 주성분중에 함유되는 Bi이외의 3가의 금속 원소는 Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Dy, Er 및 Yb에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 주성분중의 Ti 1mol에 대하여 Zr을 0.25mol미만 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Mn을 MnCO3로 환산하여 1.5중량%이하 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹.
