- 일반식 SraBibNbcO9으로 표시되는 비스무트 층상 화합물을 주성분으로 하며, 상기 주성분에 1가 금속 원소를 함유해 이루어지는 압전 자기 조성물에 있어서,1가 금속 원소를 Nb1mol에 대해 0.125mol이하(0을 포함하지 않음) 함유하며,상기 일반식에서 0.8≤a≤1.0, 2.0≤b≤2.2, 1.8≤c≤2.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주성분 중에 함유되는 1가 금속 원소는 Li, Na 및 K 중 적어도 1종임을 특징으로 하는 압전 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Bi이외의 3가 금속 원소를 Nb1mol에 대해 0.175mol이하(0을 포함하지 않음) 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 자기 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 주성분 중에 함유되는 Bi이외의 3가 금속 원소는 Sc, Y, La, Ce, Nd, Sm, Gd, Dy, Er 및 Yb 중 적어도 1종임을 특징으로 하는 압전 자기 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 주성분 중에 함유되는 Bi이외의 3가 금속 원소는 Nd인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 자기 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 주성분 중에 함유되는 Bi이외의 3가 금속 원소는 Nd임을 특징으로 하는 압전 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주성분 중의 Nb의 중에서 10mol%이하(0을 포함하지 않음)를 Ta에서 치환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Mn을 상기 주성분 1mol에 대해 0.01mol이하(0을 포함하지 않음) 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 기재의 압전 자기 조성물로부터 이루어지는 압전 자기, 및 상기 압전 자기에 형성되는 전극을 포함하는 압전 세라믹 소자.
