Claims (6)
- 버터플라이 밸브 하우징(2)의 라인 섹션(3)내에 버터플라이 밸브(5)가 진동가능하게 지지되는플라스틱으로 이루어진 버터플라이 밸브 하우징(2)을 갖는 버터플라이 밸브 바디(1)에 있어서,버터플라이 밸브(5)의 적어도 하나의 부분 진동 영역내에 라인 섹션(3)내에 배치된 금속 실린더(12)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브 바디(1).
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금속 실린더(12)가 상기 버터플라이 밸브 하우징(2)의 플라스틱내에 삽입되며, 상기 라인 섹션(3)의 영역내에 상기 금속 실린더(12)의 금속 내벽이 자유로이 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브 바디(1).
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,상기 금속 실린더(12)에 흐름 방향(25)으로 상기 버터플라이 밸브(5)의 하부 및/또는 상부에 지지되는 버터플라이 밸브 샤프트(4)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브 바디(1).
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 금속 실린더(12)가 버터플라이 밸브 샤프트(4)의 베어링(15, 19)을 위한 수용부로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브 바디(1).
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 금속 실린더(12)가 예컨대 버터플라이 밸브 전위차계, 구동 모터등과 같은 버터플라이 밸브 바디(1)의 추가 부재를 수용하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브 바디(1).
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 금속 실린더(12)가 상기 버터플라이 밸브(5)의 진동에 따라 상기 라인 섹션(3)을 통한 부피 유동률에 대한 규정 특성 곡선을 생성하기 위한 내부 윤곽(26)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브 바디(1).
