- 円筒状通路及びモータ空間を有するボデー(300)と、
このボデーの前記円筒状通路に直交配置されるシャフト(430)と、
このシャフトの中心軸位置に一面側から他面側に亘って貫通形成されたスリット(431)と、
前記ボデーの前記円筒状通路の両側で、前記スリットの一端側及び他端側の外方に配置され、前記シャフトを回転自在に支持する一対の軸受と、
前記シャフトにこのスリットと直交方向に形成されたネジ通し穴と、
前記シャフトの前記スリットに挿入され、前記ネジ通し穴を介して前記シャフトにねじ止めされ、前記シャフトとともに回動して前記円筒状通路を開閉する円盤状のバルブ(400)と、
前記ボデーの前記モータ空間に保持され電気信号に応じて回転し、減速機構を介して前記シャフトを回動するモータとを備え、
前記バルブの外径は、前記円筒状通路の内径とは略同一であり、
前記スリットの幅は、前記バルブの肉厚と略同一であり、
前記スリットの前記シャフトの軸方向長さは一面側の方が他面側より短く、

前記シャフトにこのスリットと直交方向に形成されたネジ通し穴と、

このボデーの前記円筒状通路に直交配置されるシャフト(430)と、

前記ボデーの前記円筒状通路の両側で、前記スリットの一端側及び他端側の外方に配置され、前記シャフトを回転自在に支持する一対の軸受と、
前記シャフトにこのスリットと直交方向に形成されたネジ通し穴と、
前記シャフトの前記スリットに挿入され、前記ネジ通し穴を介して前記シャフトにねじ止めされ、前記シャフトとともに回動して前記円筒状通路を開閉する円盤状のバルブ(400)と、
前記ボデーの前記モータ空間に保持され電気信号に応じて回転し、減速機構を介して前記シャフトを回動するモータとを備え、
前記バルブの外径は、前記円筒状通路の内径とは略同一であり、
前記スリットの幅は、前記バルブの肉厚と略同一であり、
前記スリットの前記シャフトの軸方向長さは一面側の方が他面側より短く、
前記スリットの少なくとも一端側で一面側には、端部丸孔が形成され、
前記スリットの一端側の前記端部丸孔との間の角度は、120度程度以上である
ことを特徴とする絞り弁装置。 - 前記端部丸孔は、少なくともその一部が前記ボデーにより覆われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の絞り弁装置。 - 前記シャフトの一端側及び他端側のいずれかで、前記軸受の更に外方には、前記減速機構の回転を前記シャフトに伝達するレバーが固定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の絞り弁装置。 - 円筒状通路及びモータ空間を有するボデーと、
このボデーの前記円筒状通路に直交配置されるシャフトと、
このシャフトの中心軸位置に一面側から他面側に亘って貫通形成されたスリットと、
前記ボデーの前記円筒状通路の両側で、前記スリットの一端側及び他端側の外方に配置され、前記シャフトを回転自在に支持する一対の軸受と、
前記シャフトの前記スリットに挿入され、前記シャフトとともに回動して前記円筒状通路を開閉する円盤状のバルブと、
前記ボデーの前記モータ空間に保持され電気信号に応じて回転し、減速機構を介して前記シャフトを回動するモータとを備える絞り弁装置の製造方法であって、
前記シャフトの前記軸受の内方の少なくとも一端側で一面側に、前記スリットの幅と同等以上かつ30%程度以下大きい端部丸孔を、前記シャフトの一面側から前記シャフトの径方向に前記スリットと接する位置以上の深さで形成し、
次いで、前記シャフトの他面側から、直径が前記バルブの直径より10%~40%程度大きい円盤状カッターを、切削刃が前記シャフトの一端側から他端側に向かう方向に回転させつつ他面側から一面側に移動させて、幅が前記バルブの肉厚と略同一で前記端部丸孔との間の角度が所定角度となるように前記スリットを形成し、
次いで、前記軸受及び前記シャフトを前記ボデーに、前記端部丸孔が前記ボデーにより少なくともその一部が覆われるように、組付け、
次いで、前記スリットに前記バルブを挿入し、
次いで、前記バルブを前記シャフトにねじ止めし、
次いで、前記モータ及び前記減速機構を前記ボデーに組み込む
