Claims (10)
- 표면(18, 19), 특히 도로 상의 액막(17)에 따른 신호를 발생시키기 위한 방법에 있어서,액막(17)의 액체의 부분이 가열 장치 또는 냉각 장치(1, 10, 11)에 의해 가열 또는 냉각되는 단계와,가열 또는 냉각된 부분의 온도의 증가 또는 감소가 온도 측정 장치(5, 7, 8)에 의해 탐지되는 단계와,액막의 두께에 대한 값 또는 값의 범위가 평가 장치(8)에 의해 온도 증가 또는 감소에 할당되고 신호로서 발생되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면(18, 19)에 대해 함몰되어 내부에서 액체가 가열되는 영역이 가열 장치 또는 냉각 장치 내에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가열 출력 또는 냉각 출력이 가열 또는 냉각 중에 일정하게 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액막의 초기 온도(TO)가 가열 또는 냉각 이전에 또는 그와 동시에 각각의 경우에서 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체의 존재에 대한 시험이 가열 또는 냉각 이전에 수행되고, 가열 장치 또는 냉각 장치는 단지 액체가 확인되면 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 표면(18, 19), 특히 도로 상의 액막(17)에 따른 신호를 발생시키는 장치에 있어서,액막(17)의 부분을 가열하거나 냉각할 수 있는 가열 장치 또는 냉각 장치(1, 2, 10, 11)와,가열 장치 또는 냉각 장치에 의해 가열 또는 냉각될 수 있는 액막(17)의 온도를 결정하기 위한 온도 측정 장치(5, 7, 8)와,액막의 두께 또는 두께 범위가 측정된 온도 증가 또는 감소에 할당되어 신호로서 발생되는 방식으로, 가열 장치 또는 냉각 장치와 온도 측정 장치가 제어될 수 있고 온도 측정 장치의 신호가 평가될 수 있는 제어 및 평가 장치(3)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 가열 장치의 영역 내의 액체의 존재를 확인하기 위한 수단(4, 6), 특히 전극 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 가열 장치 또는 냉각 장치는 일정한 동력으로 작동되는 적어도 하나의 펠티어 요소(1)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 상기 영역과 수평이 되도록 정렬될 수 있는 표면(18)을 가져서 액막(17)이 영역(19) 및 장치의 표면(18)을 균일하게 덮고, 가열 장치 또는 냉각 장치의 영역 내의 함몰부가 표면(18) 내에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 따른 방법의 이용과, 표면 상의 액체의 어는점을 지시하는 신호를 발생시키기 위한 장치 중 제6항에 따른 장치의 이용.
