Claims (11)
- 냉동기용 압축기의 베어링(1)에 있어서,다공질 청동계 합금(1b)과, 상기 다공질 청동계 합금(1b)의 구멍내에 함침시킨 수지재료(1c)를 구비하며, 슬라이딩면(1d)에서 상기 다공질 청동계 합금(1b)과 상기 수지재료(1c)가 노출하고 있고, 또한 상기 슬라이딩면(1d)에 있어서의 상기 다공질 청동계 합금(1b)의 노출면적의 비율이 5% 이상 60% 이하인 냉동기용 압축기의 베어링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩면(1d)에 있어서의 상기 다공질 청동계 합금(1b)의 노출면적의 비율은 5% 이상 30% 이하인 냉동기용 압축기의 베어링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 배킹 메탈(1a)을 추가로 구비하고, 상기 배킹 메탈(1a)상에 상기 다공질 청동계 합금(1b)과 상기 수지재료(1c)가 형성되어 있는 냉동기용 압축기의 베어링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉동기용 압축기에 의해서 압축되는 냉매는 염소를 포함하지 않는 하이드로플루오로카본계의 대체 냉매인 냉동기용 압축기의 베어링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지재료(1c)는 합성 수지와 윤활제로 이루어지는 복합물질을 포함하는 냉동기용 압축기의 베어링.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 합성 수지는 4불화 에틸렌을 포함하고, 상기 윤활제는 납을 포함하는 냉동기용 압축기의 베어링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지재료(1c)는 오일이 함유된 폴리아세탈 수지를 포함하는 냉동기용 압축기의 베어링.
- 가동 스크롤(11)을 갖는 스크롤형의 압축요소(CF)와, 상기 가동 스크롤(11)에 구동력을 전달하기 위한 구동축(5)과, 상기 구동축(5)과의 슬라이딩부에 배치된 베어링(1)를 구비하며,상기 베어링(1)은 다공질 청동계 합금(1b)과, 상기 다공질 청동계 합금(1b)의 구멍내에 함침시킨 수지재료(1c)를 구비하고, 슬라이딩면(1d)에 있어서 상기 다공질 청동계 합금(1b)과 상기 수지재료(1c)가 노출하고 있고, 또한 상기 슬라이딩면(1d)에 있어서의 상기 다공질 청동계 합금(1b)의 노출면적의 비율이 5% 이상 60% 이하인 냉동기용 압축기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 베어링(1)은 상기 가동 스크롤(11)과 상기 구동축(5)과의 슬라이딩부에 배치된 미끄럼 베어링인 냉동기용 압축기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 베어링(1)은 하우징(7)과 상기 구동축(5)과의 슬라이딩부에 배치된 미끄럼 베어링인 냉동기용 압축기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 구동축(5)에 설치된 급유용 구멍(5b)으로부터 상기 베어링(1)로 오일을 공급할 수 있는 구성을 갖는 냉동기용 압축기.
