Claims (6)
- 부하에 냉각액을 순환적으로 공급하기 위한 공급회로와, 부하의 냉각에 의해 승온한 냉각액을 냉각하기 위한 냉각회로를 보유하고, 상기 공급회로가,상기 냉각액을 수용하기 위한 탱크와;상기 탱크안의 냉각액을 외부배관을 통해 부하에 순환적으로 공급하기 위한 펌프와;하단부에 상기 탱크의 내부바닥부와 연이어 통하는 연통구를 갖는 폐쇄된 구조의 냉각액 조정실과;상기 조정실에 접속되고, 상기 조정실안에 기체를 공급함으로써 상기 조정실안의 냉각액을 상기 연통구로부터 탱크안으로 유출시키는 기능과, 상기 조정실안의 기체를 배출함으로써 상기 연통구로부터 상기 조정실안으로 탱크안의 냉각액의 일부를 유입시키는 기능을 구비한 급배기수단을 보유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온냉각액 순환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조정실의 용적이, 부하를 포함하는 상기 외부배관속의 냉각액을 수용가능한 크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 항온냉각액 순환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조정실이 상기 탱크내부에 냉각액 수용공간의 일부를 차지하도록 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온냉각액 순환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조정실이 탱크외부에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온냉각액 순환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 급배기수단이, 건조된 압축공기를 공급하기 위한 압축기체원과, 상기 압축기체원과 상기 조정실을 연결하는 관로속에 접속된 전환밸브를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온냉각액 순환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급회로가, 부하의 냉각에 의해 승온해서 탱크로 환류하는 냉각액을 상기 냉각회로속의 냉매와의 열교환에 의해 냉각하는 열교환기와, 상기 열교환기에서 설정온도이하로 냉각된 냉각액을 가열해서 설정온도에 가깝게 하기 위한 히터를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온냉각액 순환장치.
