Claims (5)
- 가변 자계를 검출하여 홀센서에 전달하는 하나 이상의 고정 자기 플럭스 컨덕터(11, 12, 13)와 자기적으로 커플링된 홀센서(20, 21)로 구성되는 고정 배치 자계센서(20, 21)를 포함하며, 상기 홀센서는 자계 변화에 따른 전기 신호를 전자 제어회로에 전달하는 센서 장치에 있어서,상기 전자 제어회로중 일부분과 하나 이상의 홀센서(20, 21)는 응용 주문형 집적회로(ASIC)에 결합되어 전자 부품(7)내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 홀센서를 포함하는 전자 부품(7)을 구비한 응용 주문형 집적회로는 가변 자계를 발생시키는 자기 플럭스 변압기(3)로부터 이격된 단자(11b, 12b) 사이에서 자기 플럭스 변압기(3)로부터 이격되어 위치설정된 캐리어 부품(10)상에 적어도 두개의 자기 플럭스 컨덕터(11, 12)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 홀센서를 포함하는 전자 부품(7)을 구비한 응용 주문형 집적회로의 조립면 아래쪽에서, 캐리어 부품(10)에는 자기 플럭스 컨덕터(12)에 제공된 수용부(19)와 맞물리는 리세스(9)가 제공되며, 다른 자기 플럭스 컨덕터(11)는 전자 부품(7)의 조립면에 대향한 평면에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 양 자기 플럭스 컨덕터(11, 12)들 중 하나 이상은 하나 이상의 홀센서를 포함하는 전자 부품(7)을 구비한 응용 주문형 집적회로에 대해 열전도 접촉 상태에 있으며, 전자 부품으로부터 발생된 열용량을 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 센서 장치는 전기 모터에서 사용하기 위해 제공되며, 이때 전기 모터는 위에 자기 플럭스 변압기(3)가 배치된 모터 발전기 축(2)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 장치.
