Claims (10)
- (A) 열가소성 폴리에스테르수지 100중량부,(B) 화학식 1로 표시되는 포스핀산염, 화학식 2로 표시되는 디포스핀산염 및 그 중합체로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 5∼40중량부, 및(C) 질소함유 유기물 1∼35중량부를 포함하는 난연성 열가소성 폴리에스테르수지 조성물.(화학식 1)(화학식 2)(식중, R1및 R2는 직쇄 또는 분기쇄의 C1∼C6알킬, 또는 페닐을 나타내고, R3는 직쇄 또는 분기쇄의 C1∼C10알킬렌, 아릴렌, 알킬아릴렌, 또는 아릴알킬렌을 나타내고, M은 칼슘이온 또는 알루미늄이온을 나타내고, m은 2 또는 3이고, n은 1 또는 3이고, 그리고 X는 1 또는 2이다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (C)질소함유 유기물은 질소함유 축합물 또는 아미노기를 갖는 질소함유화합물과 산의 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (C)질소함유 유기물이, 화학식 3으로 표시되는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.(화학식 3)(식중, R4, R5, R6은 수소원자, 아미노기, 아릴기 또는 탄소수 1∼3의 옥시알킬기이고, R4, R5, R6은 동일하거나 또는 다르더라도 좋다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (C)질소함유 유기물이 화학식 4로 표시되는 화합물과 산의 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.(화학식 4)(식중, R7, R8은 수소원자, 아미노기, 아릴기, 또는 탄소수 1∼3의 옥시알킬기이고, R7, R8은 동일하거나 또는 다르더라도 좋다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (C)질소함유 유기물이 화학식 5로 표시되는 화합물과 포름알데히드의 축중합체로 이루어지는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.(화학식 5)(식중 R9는 수소원자, 아미노기, 아릴기, 또는 탄소수 1∼3의 옥시알킬기이다.)
- 제 3 항에 있어서, (C)질소함유 유기물이 멜라민인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, (C)질소함유 유기물이 멜라민·시아누레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, (C)질소함유 유기물이 멜라민과 포름알데히드로 이루어지는 축중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (A)열가소성 폴리에스테르수지가, 고유점도 0.5∼1.3dl/g의 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (A)열가소성 폴리에스테르수지가, 고유점도 0.5∼1.3dl/g의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
