Claims (5)
- 베어링 트러니언(4, 5)을 구비하고 경량 금속과 같은 한정된 강도 특성을 갖는 물질로 제조되는 회전자에 있어서,하나 이상의 상기 트러니언(4)은 상기 회전자의 일단부에 위치하고 스틸 또는 동일 강도의 물질로 제조된 동심형 슬리브(20)를 포함하고, 상기 슬리브는 상기 회전자의 단부(22)에 안내 수단(4, 40)에 의해 반경 방향으로 고정되어 있는 내단부(21)와, 상기 회전자 단부의 나사 보링부(28)로 연장하는 나사(25) 헤드(24)가 외단부에 위치하는 클램핑 표면(23)을 구비하고, 상기 헤드(24)는 상기 슬리브(20)의 외단부에 반해 축방향으로 지지되고 상기 회전자 단부(22)에 반해 상기 슬리브(20)를 가압 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브(20)는 레이디얼 베어링(30)의 내측 레이스로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브(20)의 상기 내단부(21)를 위치하기 위한 안내 수단은 상기 회전자로부터 돌출하고 슬리브(20)의 내경과 실질적으로 동일한 외경을 갖는 중공 트러니언(4)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브(20)의 상기 내단부(21)를 위치하기 위한 상기 안내 수단은 회전자 단부의 환형 홈(40)으로 구성되며, 상기 슬리브의 상기 단부(21)는 상기 환형 홈으로 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전자.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 나사 헤드(24)의 밑면에는 밀폐식 정렬로 상기 슬리브(20)의 외단부로 돌출하고 상기 나사 헤드(24) 밑면에 상기 클램핑 표면(23)과 대면하는 스페이서(29)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전자.
