Claims (4)
- 고순도 트리메틸올프로판의 제조방법에 있어서,염기성촉매의 존재하에 n-부틸알데히드 및 포름알데히드를 반응시켜 수득한 원료 트리메틸올프로판으로부터 고비등성분 및 무기염을 제거하는 단계와; 고비등성분 및 무기염 제거후 트리메틸올프로판을 산성조건하에서 열처리하는 단계와; 또한 상기 열처리된 트리메틸올프로판을 증류하여 정제하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로하는 고순도 트리메틸올프로판 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기의 원료 트리메틸올프로판내에 존재하는 포름산나트륨을 비활성화시킨후 고비등성분 및 무기염을 제거하는 것을 특징으로하는 고순도 트리메틸올프로판 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 산성조건은 산을 제거단계후의 원료 트리메틸올프로판에 대해 10ppm 내지 5중량%의 양으로써 첨가하여 달성되며, 이때의 산은 1중량% 수용액을 기준할 때 pH4 이하를 나타내는 것을 특징으로하는 고순도 트리메틸올프로판 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열처리는 140 내지 280℃의 온도에서 5 내지 300분간 실행되는 것을 특징으로하는 고순도 트리메틸올프로판 제조방법.
