- 옥심의 아미드로의 전위반응에 적합한 MFI 형 제올라이트 화합물 및 규산질 리간드를 기재로 한 촉매의 제조 방법에 있어서, 규소 알콕시드의 산 가수분해에 의해 수득되는 리간드내로 제올라이트의 서브미크론 입자를 혼입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, MFI 형 제올라이트 화합물은, Si/Al(또는 B, Ga, In, Ti 에서 선택된 다른 헤테로원자)의 몰비율이 〉1000 인 제올라이트 또는 실리칼라이트-1 에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 촉매가 분무건조법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 규산질 리간드의 산 용액에 제올라이트 물질의 서브미크론 입자를 분산시키고, 생성된 혼합물을 유화한 다음 겔화함으로써, 촉매를 구형으로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 하기 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법:- 규소 알콕시드의 가수분해에 의해 규산질 올리고머를 제조하는 단계;- 상기 올리고머를, pH≤5로 산성화된 MFI 형 제올라이트의 서브미크론 입자의 수성 또는 수성알콜 분산액에 혼합하는 단계;- 생성된 수성 또는 수성알콜 리간드/제올라이트 혼합물을 유기 매질중에 유화시키고, 유화액을 염기성 용액에 접촉시킴으로써 분산상의 미소적 (microdrop)을 결합시켜, 이렇게 수득된 미소구(microsphere)를 세척 및 하소시킴으로써 혼합물을 구형화하는 단계.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 규산질 올리고머는, 수성 매질중의 TEOS 를 HCl 및 HNO3와 같은 무기산의 존재하에서, H2O/TEOS 몰비율을 10 내지 25 로, pH 를 1.5 내지 3.0 으로 조절하고, 반응물을 20 내지 40 ℃ 의 온도에서 1 내지 3 시간의 가변시간 동안에 기계적 교반하에 유지시켜 가수분해함으로써 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, MFI 형 제올라이트의 pH≤5로 산성화된 수성 또는 수성알콜 분산액은, 물질의 크기가 1 ㎛ 미만이 되도록 합성 반응 생성물을 수성 또는 수성알콜 매질에 분산시키고, 수성 분산액을 pH 5.0 이하로 산성화함으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 수성 분산액의 산성화는, 규산질 리간드의 제조에 사용된 것과 동일한 종류의 산을 사용하여, 생성되는 리간드/제올라이트 혼합물의 pH 가 4.0 미만이 되도록 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 혼합물중 SiO2로서 표현되는, 규산질 올리고머에 대한 MFI 형 제올라이트 화합물의 중량비율은 2.5 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항의 방법으로 수득되는, MFI 형 제올라이트 화합물 및 규산질 리간드를 기재로 한 촉매.
- SiO2로 표현되는 규산질 리간드의 함량은 30 중량% 이상이고, 외부 표면적은 60 내지 80 ㎡/g 이며, 마이크로(micro) 및 메소포어(mesopore)의 비체적은 각각 0.2 내지 0.3 ㎖/g 및 0.1 내지 0.4 ㎖/g 이고, 벌크밀도는 0.7 내지 0.85 g/㎖ 이며, D.I. (Davison Index) 로 표현되는 마찰에 대한 저항력은 6 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 4 항에 따른 방법으로 수득되는, 평균직경 20 내지 200 ㎛ 의 미소구로 이루어진 MFI 형 제올라이트 기재 촉매.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서, 규산질 리간드가 50 중량% 이하의 양으로 함유된 촉매.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 규산질 리간드가 30 내지 50 중량% 의 양으로 함유된 촉매.
- 제 10 항에 따른 촉매의 존재하에 반응을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 옥심의 아미드로의 촉매적 전위반응 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 제 11 항에 따른 촉매의 존재하에 유동층 또는 분출흐름층 반응기내에서 기체상으로 반응을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 0.05 내지 10 바의 압력, 250 내지 500 ℃ 의 온도에서 반응을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 시클로헥사논옥심의 ε-카프롤락탐으로의 촉매적 전위반응 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 시클로헥사논옥심을 6 내지 15 % 의 농도로 C1-C2알킬사슬을 갖는 알콜로 이루어진 용매의 혼합물에 용해시키고, 기화시킨 후, 촉매를 함유한 반응기에, WHSV 값(Weight Hourly Space Velocity value)이 시클로옥사논옥심의 ㎏/촉매의 ㎏/h 로 표현하여 0.5 내지 20 h-1이 되는 속도로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 산성화는 생성되는 리간드/제올라이트 혼합물의 pH 가 2.0 내지 3.0 이 되도록 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 300 내지 450 ℃ 의 온도에서 반응을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
