Claims (4)
- 토크 전달용 물림부 조립체를 갖고, 샤프트 물림부(5)가 있는 샤프트(1)와 허브 물림부(7)가 있는 허브(2)를 구비하는 것으로서, 상기 물림부 세트가 상호 맞물리고, 단부에 상기 샤프트 물림부(5)가 마련된 샤프트 생크(4)에 의하여 토크가 가해지며, 상기 샤프트 물림부(5)의 치형은 길이 방향으로 가변하는 코스를 따르는 구성의 샤프트/허브 유니트에 있어서,상기 샤프트 물림부(5)는 길이 방향으로 일정한 코스를 따르는 주 지름을 가지고, 상기 허브 물림부(7)는 길이 방향으로 일정한 코스를 따르는 기초 지름을 가지며,상기 물림부 조립체는 그 샤프트 물림부(5)의 각 기초 지름이 일정한 코스를 따르고 그 허브 물림부(7)의 각 주 지름이 일정한 코스를 따르는 적어도 2개의 축방향 연장 부분(9, 10)를 구비하고,각기 2개의 인접된 부분들 중에서 상기 샤프트 생크(4)에 면한 부분은 보다 큰 기초 지름의 샤프트 물림부(5)와 보다 큰 주 지름의 허브 물림부(7)를 가지고,각기 2개의 인접된 부분들 중에서 상기 샤프트 생크(4)에 면한 부분은 상기 인접된 부분의 헤드부에 대응하는 샤프트 물림부(5)의 치형을 가지며, 그 헤드부는 상기 치형의 상부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 샤프트/허브 유니트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,각기 2개의 인접된 부분들의 치형들 중에서, 상기 샤프트 생크(4)로부터 멀리 떨어져서 면하는 부분의 샤프트 물림부(5)의 치형은 상기 인접된 부분의 치형에 대응하는 치형의 상부를 형성하는 헤드부 아래에서 계단식으로 넓어지고,상기 샤프트 단부에 위치한 부분의 샤프트 물림부(5)의 이측면은 상기 허브 물림부(7)의 이측면과 치형의 하부를 형성하는 오직 하나의 이 베이스부에서 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샤프트/허브 유니트.
- 제 1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,각기 2개의 인접된 부분들 사이에, 그 샤프트 물림부(5)의 기초 지름값이 상기 한 부분의 기초 지름으로부터 상기 다른 부분의 기초 지름까지 길이 방향으로 연속 함수를 따르고 그 허브 물림부(7)의 주 지름값이 상기 한 부분의 주 지름으로부터 상기 다른 부분의 주 지름까지 길이 방향으로 연속 함수를 따르는 전이 부분이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 샤프트/허브 유니트.
- 제 1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 샤프트 생크(4)로부터 가장 멀리 떨어진 부분(9)에는, 축방향 고정 요소 특히 원형 횡단면을 가지는 보유 링(3)을 수용하는 원주 홈(6, 8)이 상기 허브 물림부(7) 및 상기 샤프트 물림부(5)에 각각 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 샤프트/허브 유니트.
