Description
Claims (14)
- 엇갈리게 배열된 극(10)과 적어도 하나의 자석(20)을 구비한 2개의 극 편(6)을 포함하며, 상기 극은 축(21)을 따라 윤곽이 형성된 홈(18)을 가지며 자석을 수용하고, 그리고 상기 홈의 윤곽은 상기 축(21)에 직교하는 평면에서 상기 자석이 상기 홈으로부터 이탈하는 것을 완벽하게 방지하는, 자동차용 교류발전기에 있어서,상기 자석의 한 면(25, 27)과 상기 홈(18)중 적어도 하나 사이에 개재된 스트립(24)을 포함하며, 상기 스트립(24)은 자석보다 경도가 낮은 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차용 교류발전기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스트립(24)은 상기 자석(20)과 상기 각각의 홈(18) 사이에 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차용 교류발전기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 스트립(24)은 상기 자석의 하나의 원주면(25, 27)위를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차용 교류발전기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 원주면(25)은 상기 교류발전기의 샤프트의 반대 방향으로 배향되는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차용 교류발전기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 자석(20)의 각각의 대향 면(25, 27)과 상기 홈(18)중 적어도 하나 사이에 개재된 2개의 스트립(24)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차용 교류발전기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 각각의 홈(18)의 윤곽은 "U"자 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는자동차용 교류발전기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 각각의 홈(18)의 윤곽은 "V"자 형상이며, 상기 "V"자형 윤곽은 상기 극(10)의 원주면(12, 14)에 국부적으로 평행한 하나의 가지(33)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차용 교류발전기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 "V"자형 윤곽은 2개의 가지(30)를 가지며, 상기 평행한 가지(33)는 다른 가지 보다 교류발전기의 샤프트에 더 가까운 것을 특징으로 하는자동차용 교류발전기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 자석보다 가요성이 더 큰 것으로 상기 스트립(24)과 상기 자석(20) 사이에 개재되는 접착제의 층(26)을 포함하는자동차용 교류발전기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 자석(20)은 상기 자석보다 가요성이 더 큰 재료의 층(30)으로 서로 접합된 2개의 개별 부품(28)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차용 교류발전기.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 재료(30)는 상기 접착제(26)와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는자동차용 교류발전기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,다수의 자석(20)을 포함하며, 상기 자석중 적어도 2개는 스트립(24)과 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차용 교류발전기.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,대다수의 자석(20), 바람직하게는 전체의 자석이 각각의 스트립(24)과 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차용 교류발전기.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 각각의 자석(20)의 스트립(24)은 서로 독립적인 것을 특징으로 하는자동차용 교류발전기.
