Description
Claims (12)
- 출력축을 갖는 모터를 내장한 케이싱(1)과,이 케이싱으로부터 돌출하는 선단부와 상기 모터의 출력축과 교차하는 축선을 갖고, 이 케이싱(1)에 의해 회전 가능하게 지지되어 모터의 출력축으로 회전구동되는 회전축(4)과,해당 회전축(4)의 선단부에 부착되어 절삭칩(5)을 갖는 칼날지지체(6)를 구비하며, 공작물을 챔퍼링하기 위한챔퍼링기이고,상기 칼날지지체(6)를 둘러싸고, 또한 상기 케이싱(1)에 고정부착된 일단과 케이싱으로부터 돌출하는 타단을 가지며, 상기 회전축(4)의 축선과 동일 축상으로 배치된 어댑터(2)와,이 어댑터(2)의 외주부에 회전 자유롭게 장착된 편심링(7)과,이 편심링(7)의 외주부에 회전 자유롭게 장착된 록플레이트(10)와,이 록플레이트(10)에 부착되어 공작물을 따라서 칼날지지체(6)를 안내하기 위한 소정의 안내방향을 갖는 워크가이드(W)와,상기 어댑터(2)에 대하여 편심링(7)을 회전함으로써 상기 회전축(4)의 축선에 대하여 상기 록플레이트와 워크가이드를 병진시켰을 때에 이 워크가이드의 안내방향과 상기 모터의 출력축의 사이에 형성되는 각도를 일정하게 유지하기 위한 유지수단(24, 25, 26, 26a)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 챔퍼링기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유지수단은 상기 록플레이트(10)에 일단이 고정된 핀(24)과, 이 핀상에 회전 자유롭게 장착된 편심자(25)와, 상기 어댑터(2)에 형성되어 이 편심자(25)를 회전 자유롭게 수용하는 수용구멍(26)과, 이 수용구멍의 저면에 형성되어 상기 핀(24)의 타단을 수용하는 홈(26a)을 갖고, 록플레이트(10)가 이동했을 때에 핀 (24)상에서 편심자(25)를 회전시키며, 이에 의해 워크가이드(W)의 안내방향과 모터의 출력축의 사이의 각도를 일정하게 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 챔퍼링기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 홈(26a)은 원호상형상을 갖고, 상기 편심자(25)는 상기 편심링(7)과 같은 편심량을 형성하는 위치에서 핀(24)에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 챔퍼링기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 어댑터(2)에 대하여 상기 편심링(7)을 소정 위치에 위치결정 가능한 위치결정수단을 추가로 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 챔퍼링기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 위치결정수단은 어댑터(2)로부터 반직경방향 바깥쪽으로 돌출한 원호상의 돌출부(2a)와, 이 돌출부의 원호상형상을 따라 돌출부(2a)에 관통시켜서 형성된 원호상의 긴 구멍(2b)과, 상기 돌출부(2a)에 인접하는 위치에서 편심링(7)으로부터 반직경방향 바깥쪽으로 돌출하는 수동조작 가능한 조작부(7b)와, 상기 긴 구멍(2b)을 관통하고, 이 조작부(2b)에 대하여 돌출부를 클램핑 가능한 클램프레버(8)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 챔퍼링기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 조작부(7b)는 상기 긴 구멍(2b)과 정합한 위치에 형성된 나사구멍(7d)을 갖고, 상기 클램프레버(8)는 상기 긴 구멍(2b)을 통하여 이 나사구멍(7d)에 나사걸어맞춤 가능한 숫나사(9)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 챔퍼링기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 록플레이트(10)에 요동 자유롭게 부착되고, 또한 상기 워크가이드(W)를 장착한 지지플레이트(13)를 추가로 구비하며, 이 지지플레이트는 록플레이트로부터 떨어지는 방향으로 요동되었을 때에 칼날지지체(6)를 외부로 노출시켜서 절삭칩의 교환을 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 챔퍼링기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 록플레이트에 대하여 지지플레이트를 떼어냄 가능하게 고정하는 록수단을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 챔퍼링기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 록수단은 지지플레이트(13)에 원추형 접합되어 한쌍의 샤프트(31)와, 이들의 샤프트상에 그 축선방향으로 슬라이딩 자유롭게 장착되고, 지지플레이트를 향하여 스프링 탄성지지된 블록부재(27)와, 이 블록부재에 부착되어 손으로 조작하기 위한 노브(29)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 챔퍼링기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 워크가이드(W)를 지지하고, 또한 이 워크가이드의 안내방향으로 평행한 축선을 중심으로 하여 회전운동 가능하게 상기 지지플레이트(13)에 부착되는 한쌍의 조정판(13)을 구비하고, 이들의 조정판에 의해 워크가이드를 회전운동하여 공작물에 대한 절삭칩의 각도를 조정 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 챔퍼링기.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 워크가이드(W)는 절삭칩(5)을 끼워통함 가능한 개구(23)를 갖고, 또한 이 개구를 향하는 부위에서 상기 지지플레이트(13)에 부착되어 공작물로부터 발생하는 부스러기를 회수하는 부스러기회수케이스(36)를 구비하고, 이 부스러기회수케이스는 상기 개구(23)의 둘레부에서 워크가이드에 맞닿는 받이부재(37)를 가지며, 이 받이부재는 상기 조정판에 의해 워크가이드(W)가 회전운동되었을 때에 워크가이드와의 맞닿음을 유지 가능한 탄성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 챔퍼링기.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 부스러기회수케이스(36)는 부스러기를 배출하기 위해 개폐 자유로운 덮개를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 챔퍼링기.
