Claims (3)
- 납 또는 납·칼슘계 합금으로 이루어진 모재의 적어도 한쪽면에, 주석 및 안티몬의 적어도 어느 것이든 한쪽을 함유하는 납합금으로 이루어진 얇은 층을 일체화한 피복시트에 슬릿을 넣고, 이어서 익스팬드가공함으로써 형성되는 격자의 뼈대를 뒤틀리게 하고, 상기 주석 및 안티몬의 적어도 어느 것이든 한쪽을 함유하는 납합금으로 이루어진 얇은층부분이 나선형상으로 여러 방향을 향하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 납축전지극판용 익스팬드격자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 납 또는 납·칼슘계 합금으로 이루어진 모재위에, 주석 및 안티몬의 적어도 어느 것이든 한쪽을 함유하는 납합금으로 이루어진 시트를 맞포개서 냉간압연함으로써, 양자를 일체화한 피복시트를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 납축전지극판용 익스팬드격자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, wn석 및 안티몬의 적어도 어느 것이든 한쪽을 함유하는 납합금속의 주석 및 안티몬의 함유율이 1.0중량%이상, 10.0중량%이하의 범위로한 것을 특징으로 하는 납축전지극판용 익스팬드격자.
