- 탄소 0.1 %0.1 % 규소 1 %5 % 망간 9 %0.1 % 니켈 2 %13 % 크롬 19 %1 % 구리 4 %0.1 % 질소 0.40 %5×10-4% 붕소 50×10-4%인 0.05 %황 0.01 % 과 같은 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 매우 낮은 니켈 함량을 갖는 오오스테나이트 스테인레스강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,페라이트 인덱스 FI1을 사용하고, x = 6.903[-6.998 + Cr% - 0.972( Ni% + 20.04 C% + 21.31 N% + 0.46 Cu% + 0.08 Mn%)] 라 할 때, 상기 조성이 FI1= 0.034 x2+ 0.284 x - 0.347 20 의 관계를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 오오스테나이트 스테인레스강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,마르텐사이트 안정도 인덱스 SI 를 사용하고, x = 250.4 - 205.4 C% - 101.4 N% - 7.6 Mn% - 12.1 Ni% - 6.1 Cr% - 13.3 Cu% 라 할 때, 상기 조성이 SI = 0.0267 x2+ 0.4322 x - 3.1459 20 의 관계를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 오오스테나이트 스텐인레스강.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,조성에서 1 % 미만의 니켈을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오오스테나이트 스테인레스강.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,조성에서 15 % 내지 17 % 의 크롬을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오오스테나이트 스테인레스강.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,조성에서 0.08 % 미만의 탄소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오오스테나이트 스테인레스강.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,조성에서 0.5 내지 0.7 % 의 규소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오오스테나이트 스테인레스강.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,조성에서 2 % 미만의 몰리브덴을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오오스테나이트 스테인레스강.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,조성에서 0.0020 % 미만의 황을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오오스테나이트 스테인레스강.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,조성에서 0.030 % 미만의 알루미늄, 바람직하게는 50 × 10-4% 미만의 알루미늄과, 20 × 10-4% 미만의 칼슘, 바람직하게는 5 × 10-4% 미만의 칼슘을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오오스테나이트 스테인레스강.
