Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 급제동에 따라 비상등이 자동으로 점등동작을 하도록 발명된 비상등 자동 점등장치에 관한 것이다.
이같은 본 발명에 의하면, 차량의 급제동과 동시에 비상등이 자동으로 점등동작을 할 수 있도록 한 비상등 자동 점등시스템을 구성시키므로서, 차량의 추돌상태에 따라 운전자가 급제동을 한 후 자동으로 비상등이 점등동작을 함에 따라 후방차량에게 확실한 경고표시를 줌에 따라 그 사용상의 편의성을 제공함은 물론 차량의 주행시 안정성을 제공함을 목적으로 하는 것이다.

Description

비상등 자동점등장치
본 발명은 차량의 비상등에 관한 것으로서, 특히 차량의 급제동에 따라 비상등이 자동으로 점등동작을 하도록 발명된 비상등 자동 점등장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 차량의 비상등은 운전자의 수동적인 조작에 의해 작동하는 것으로서, 만약 차량의 추돌상태에 따라 운전자가 차량을 급제동시킨 후 실수로 인해 비상등을 점등시키지 않게 되면, 후방차량과의 추돌사고가 발생하게 되는등 그 사용상의 편의성을 제공하지 못함에 따라 차량의 주행시 그 안정성을 제공하지 못하는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 본 발명은 이와같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 차량의 급제동과 동시에 비상등이 자동으로 점등동작을 할 수 있도록 한 비상등 자동 점등시스템을 구성시키므로서, 차량의 추돌상태에 따라 운전자가 급제동을 한 후 자동으로 비상등이 점등동작을 함에 따라 후방차량에게 확실한 경고표시를 줌에 따라 그 사용상의 편의성을 제공함은 물론 차량의 주행시 안정성을 제공하고자 하는데 목적이 있는 것이다.

상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 구성을 첨부된 도1을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 브레이크 페달(1)의 작동상태에 따라 발생되는 차량의 주행속도 및 감속량의 변화를 감지하는 지(G)센서부(10)와, 상기 G센서(10)에서 감지한 차량의 주행속도 및 감속량의 변화에 따라 차량의 비상등(2)을 자동으로 점등동작시키도록 제어동작하는 전자제어 유니트(20)와, 상기 전자제어 유니트(20)의 제어동작에 따라 릴레이스위칭동작을 함과 동시에 배터리(3)의 전원을 비상등(2)에 공급시킴과 동시에 차량의 비상등(2)을 점등동작시키는 릴레이스위칭부(30)로 구성된 것으로서, 이의 작용을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 차량의 주행중 운전자가 급작스럽게 브레이크 페달(1)을 밟게 되면, 상기 브레이크 페달(1)의 급작스런 밟음동작에 따라 G센서부(10)에서는 차량의 주행속도 및 감속 변화량을 감지한 후 이를 전자제어 유니트(20)에 출력시키게 된다.
그리고, 상기 전자제어 유니트(20)에서는 입력된 차량의 주행속도 및 감속변화량을 인식한 후 차량의 비상등(2)을 자동으로 점등동작시키도록 릴레이스위칭부(30)을 제어하게 되며, 상기 릴레이스위칭부(30)는 릴레이스위칭동작을 함과 동시에 배터리(3)의 전원을 차량의 비상등(2)에 공급시키게 되므로서, 차량의 급제동시 비상등(2)이 점등동작하면서 후방차량에게 급박한 상황을 전달하게 되는 것이다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명은 차량의 급제동과 동시에 비상등이 자동으로 점등동작을 할 수 있도록 한 비상등 자동 점등시스템을 구성시키므로서, 차량의 추돌상태에 따라 운전자가 급제동을 한 후 자동으로 비상등이 점등동작을 함에 따라 후방차량에게 확실한 경고표시를 줌에 따라 그 사용상의 편의성을 제공함은 물론 차량의 주행시 안정성을 제공하는 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 브레이크 페달의 작동상태에 따라 발생되는 차량의 주행속도 및 감속량의 변화를 감지하는 지(G)센서부와, 상기 G센서에서 감지한 차량의 주행속도 및 감속량의 변화에 따라 차량의 비상등을 자동으로 점등동작시키도록 제어동작하는 전자제어 유니트와, 상기 전자제어 유니트의 제어동작에 따라 릴레이스위칭동작을 함과 동시에 배터리의 전원을 비상등에 공급시킴과 동시에 차량의 비상등을 점등동작시키는 릴레이스위칭부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 비상등 자동점등장치.
