Claims (17)
- 세륨 전구체 및 카보닐다이이미다졸(1,1′-Carbonyldiimidazole, CDI)을 비수계 용매에 첨가하여 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 혼합용액을 상온에서 교반하는 단계; 및
상기 혼합용액으로부터 세륨 화합물을 수득하는 단계;
를 포함하고,
상기 세륨 화합물은 세리아 입자 및/또는 세륨 카보네이트 입자를 포함하는 것인,
세륨 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 세륨 화합물을 하소(calcination)하는 단계를 추가 포함하는 것인,
세륨 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 하소는 300 내지 700℃의 온도범위에서 수행되는 것인,
세륨 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합용액은 이미다졸 및/또는 탈이온수를 추가 포함하는 것인,
세륨 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 이미다졸의 첨가량에 따라 상기 세륨 화합물의 크기 및 형상이 조절되는 것인,
세륨 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 탈이온수의 첨가량에 따라 상기 세륨 화합물의 크기 및 형상이 조절되는 것인,

상기 세륨 화합물의 형상은 구형, 판상형, 비행접시 형상, 마카롱 형상 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 형상인 것인,

상기 세륨 화합물은 100 nm 내지 20 ㎛의 크기를 가지는 것인,

상기 세륨 전구체는 세륨(III) 나이트레이트헥사하이드레이트(cerium(III) nitrate hexahydrate), 세륨(III) 아세테이트하이드레이트(cerium(III) acetate hydrate), 세륨(III) 아세틸아세토네이트하이드레이트(cerium(III) acetylacetonate hydrate), 세륨(III) 브로마이드(cerium(III) bromide), 세륨(III) 카보네이트하이드레이트(cerium(III) carbonate hydrate), 세륨(III) 클로라이드(cerium(III) chloride), 세륨(III) 클로라이드헵타하이드레이트(cerium(III) chloride heptahydrate), 세륨(III) 2-에틸헥사노에이트(cerium(III) 2-ethylhexanoate), 세륨(III) 플로라이드(cerium(III) fluoride), 세륨(IV) 플로라이드(cerium(IV) fluoride), 세륨(IV) 하이드록사이드(cerium(IV) hydroxide), 세륨(III) 아이오다이드(cerium(III) iodide), , 세륨(III) 옥살레이트하이드레이트(cerium(III) oxalate hydrate), 세륨(III) 설페이트(cerium(III) sulfate), 세륨(III) 설페이트하이드레이트(cerium(III) sulfate hydrate), 세륨(IV) 설페이트(cerium(IV) sulfate) 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 포함하는 것인,

상기 비수계 용매는 아세톤, 메틸에틸케톤, 메틸이소부틸케톤, 시클로헥사논, 디메틸에테르, 디에틸에테르, 벤젠, 톨루엔, 메탄올, 에탄올, 이소프로필알코올, n-프로필알코올, 1-메톡시-2-프로판올, N,N-디메틸포름아미드, 1-메틸-2-피롤리돈, 2-피롤리디논, 1,3-디메틸-2-이미다졸리디논, 2-피롤리디논, ε-카프로락탐, 포름아미드, N-메틸포름아미드, 아세트아미드, N메틸아세트아미드, N,N-디메틸아세트아미드, N-메틸프로판아미드, 헥사메틸포스포릭트리아미드 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 포함하는 것인,
