Claims (13)
- 발광 소자로서,
제1 유기 화합물, 제2 유기 화합물, 및 게스트 재료를 갖는 발광층을 포함하고,
상기 제1 유기 화합물의 최저 비점유 분자 궤도 준위는 상기 제2 유기 화합물의 최저 비점유 분자 궤도 준위보다 낮고,
상기 제1 유기 화합물의 최고 점유 분자 궤도 준위는 상기 제2 유기 화합물의 최고 점유 분자 궤도 준위보다 낮고,
상기 게스트 재료의 최고 점유 분자 궤도 준위는 상기 제2 유기 화합물의 최고 점유 분자 궤도 준위보다 높고,
상기 게스트 재료의 최저 비점유 분자 궤도 준위와 상기 게스트 재료의 최고 점유 분자 궤도 준위 간의 에너지 차이는 상기 제1 유기 화합물의 최저 비점유 분자 궤도 준위와 상기 제2 유기 화합물의 최고 점유 분자 궤도 준위 간의 에너지 차이보다 크고,
상기 게스트 재료는 삼중항 여기 에너지를 발광으로 변환시키고,
상기 제1 유기 화합물 및 상기 제2 유기 화합물은 엑시플렉스를 형성하고,
상기 엑시플렉스의 발광 스펙트럼의 피크는 상기 게스트 재료의 흡수 스펙트럼의 가장 긴 파장 측의 흡수대와 중첩하는, 발광 소자. - 발광 소자로서,
제1 유기 화합물, 제2 유기 화합물, 및 게스트 재료를 갖는 발광층을 포함하고,
상기 제1 유기 화합물의 최저 비점유 분자 궤도 준위는 상기 제2 유기 화합물의 최저 비점유 분자 궤도 준위보다 낮고,
상기 제1 유기 화합물의 최고 점유 분자 궤도 준위는 상기 제2 유기 화합물의 최고 점유 분자 궤도 준위보다 낮고,
상기 게스트 재료의 최고 점유 분자 궤도 준위는 상기 제2 유기 화합물의 최고 점유 분자 궤도 준위보다 높고,

상기 제1 유기 화합물은 트라이아진 골격, 다이아진 골격, 또는 피리딘 골격을 가지는 복소 고리 화합물인, 발광 소자. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 유기 화합물은 카바졸 화합물인, 발광 소자. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 유기 화합물은 카바졸 화합물 내의 카바졸 고리의 3-위치에 치환기를 갖는 상기 카바졸 화합물인, 발광 소자. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 유기 화합물은 2개의 카바졸 고리의 각각의 3-위치에서 서로 결합된 상기 2개의 카바졸 고리를 갖는 카바졸 화합물인, 발광 소자. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 게스트 재료의 최저 비점유 분자 궤도 준위와 상기 게스트 재료의 최고 점유 분자 궤도 준위 간의 에너지 차이는 상기 게스트 재료의 흡수 스펙트럼의 흡수단으로부터 산출되는 전이 에너지보다 0.3eV 이상 더 큰, 발광 소자. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 게스트 재료의 최저 비점유 분자 궤도 준위와 상기 게스트 재료의 최고 점유 분자 궤도 준위 간의 에너지 차이는 상기 게스트 재료의 발광 에너지보다 0.3eV 이상 더 큰, 발광 소자. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
