Claims (10)
- 통기 기능을 갖는 통기 하우징의 제조에 사용되는 하우징 키트이며,
통기 구멍을 갖는 하우징 본체와,
상기 통기 구멍에 끼워질 다리부를 갖는 통기 부재
를 구비하고,
상기 하우징 본체에는, 상기 통기 구멍을 규정하는 내주면으로서, 상기 하우징 본체의 외부 공간측으로부터 상기 하우징 본체의 내부 공간측을 향하여 순서대로, 제1 만곡면, 제1 스트레이트면, 제2 만곡면 및 제2 스트레이트면이 형성되고,
상기 제1 만곡면 및 상기 제2 만곡면은, 상기 통기 구멍의 중심축을 포함하는 단면에 있어서 상기 중심축을 향하여 볼록의 곡선 형상을 갖고,
상기 제1 스트레이트면 및 상기 제2 스트레이트면은, 상기 단면에 있어서 직선 형상을 가지고,
상기 통기 부재는 시일 링을 가지고,
상기 통기 하우징이 구성되었을 때에, 상기 시일 링은 상기 내주면에 따라 상기 제1 만곡면과 상기 제1 스트레이트면에 접하면서 변형되고,
상기 단면에 있어서, 상기 제1 만곡면은 상기 중심축을 향하여 볼록으로 반경 0.5 내지 3.0mm의 원호 형상을 가지며,
상기 중심축에 대한 상기 제1 스트레이트면의 경사 각도는 25 내지 35°인, 하우징 키트. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단면에 있어서, 상기 제2 만곡면은 원호 형상을 갖는 하우징 키트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단면에 있어서, 상기 제2 스트레이트면은, 상기 중심축에 평행한 직선 형상을 갖는 하우징 키트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징 본체는 판금 가공에 의해 제작되어 있는, 하우징 키트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단면에 있어서, 상기 제1 만곡면은 상기 중심축을 향하여 볼록으로 반경 0.5 내지 1.5mm의 원호 형상을 갖는, 하우징 키트. - 통기 기능을 갖는 통기 하우징이며,
통기 구멍을 갖는 하우징 본체와,
상기 통기 구멍에 끼워진 다리부를 갖는 통기 부재
를 구비하고,
상기 하우징 본체에는, 상기 통기 구멍을 규정하는 내주면으로서, 상기 하우징 본체의 외부 공간측으로부터 상기 하우징 본체의 내부 공간측을 향하여 순서대로, 제1 만곡면, 제1 스트레이트면, 제2 만곡면 및 제2 스트레이트면이 형성되고,

상기 제1 스트레이트면 및 상기 제2 스트레이트면은, 상기 단면에 있어서 직선 형상을 가지고,
상기 통기 부재는 시일 링을 가지고,
상기 시일 링은 상기 내주면에 따라 상기 제1 만곡면과 상기 제1 스트레이트면에 접하면서 변형되고,
