筐体の内部空間と外部空間とを連通させる開口の縁に装着される通気部品であって、
当該通気部品が前記縁に装着されたときに前記内部空間と前記外部空間との間を通気するための通気路を有し、
前記通気路を取り囲む支持部と、
前記支持部に固着され、前記通気路を通気可能に塞ぐ通気膜と、
前記支持部から突出して前記通気路の一端を取り囲むように形成され、当該通気部品が前記縁に装着されたときに前記縁に接触する筒状の突出部と、
前記突出部の周りに配置され、当該通気部品が前記縁に装着されたときに前記筐体の外面と当該通気部品との隙間をシールするシール部材と、を備え、
前記突出部と前記支持部との境界における前記突出部の最大外径Gt、前記突出部に接する前記支持部の外面を平面視したときの前記支持部の前記外面の最大外径Gs、及び前記突出部の中心軸に平行な方向における前記突出部の最大長さLtが、2.5≦Gs/Gt≦5.0及び1.0≦{(Gs-Gt)/2}/Lt≦3.0の条件を満たす、
通気部品を提供する。
Claims (4)
- 筐体の内部空間と外部空間とを連通させる開口の縁に装着される通気部品であって、
当該通気部品が前記縁に装着されたときに前記内部空間と前記外部空間との間を通気するための通気路を有し、
前記通気路を取り囲む支持部と、
前記支持部に固着され、前記通気路を通気可能に塞ぐ通気膜と、
前記支持部から突出しており、前記通気路の一部を取り囲みつつ前記支持部に接している筒状の部位を含み、かつ、当該通気部品が前記縁に装着されたときに前記縁に接触する突出部と、
前記突出部の周りに配置され、当該通気部品が前記縁に装着されたときに前記筐体の外面と当該通気部品との隙間をシールするシール部材と、を備え、
前記突出部と前記支持部との境界における前記突出部の最大外径Gt、前記突出部に接する前記支持部の外面を平面視したときの前記支持部の前記外面の最大外径Gs、及び前記突出部の中心軸に平行な方向における前記突出部の最大長さLtが、2.5≦Gs/Gt≦5.0及び1.0≦{(Gs-Gt)/2}/Lt≦3.0の条件を満たす、
通気部品。 - 前記突出部は、前記突出部の先端から前記中心軸に沿って延びているスリットによって前記中心軸周りに離れて配置された複数の脚部を含み、
前記複数の脚部の少なくとも1つは、前記中心軸に垂直な方向において外方に突出しており、前記筐体に係合する係合部を有する、請求項1に記載の通気部品。 - 前記突出部は、前記突出部の先端部に平面状又は曲面状の底面を含み、
前記底面を平面視したときに前記底面によって形成される環状の図形の最大外径に対する、前記支持部の前記外面の前記最大外径の比が、2.5以上5.0以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の通気部品。 - 前記境界における前記突出部の最大外径に対する、当該通気部品が前記縁に装着されたときに前記内部空間を向いている前記通気膜の表面に接する前記通気路の最大内径の比が、2.0以上8.0以下である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の通気部品。
