本发明涉及通气部件。
背景技术
以往,已知有在具有开口的壳体的开口的边缘装配的通气部件。通气部件例如在汽车用灯、逆变器、转换器、电子控制装置(ECU)、蓄电池组、毫米波雷达及车载相机等设备中为了消除伴随着温度变化在设备的内部产生的压力差而使用。在这样的设备中,要求阻止杂质、水、油及盐等物质向设备的内部侵入的情况。根据这样的要求,将通气部件装配于设备的壳体。

如图1及图2所示,通气部件1装配于使壳体2的内部空间2u与外部空间2s连通的开口21的边缘2f。通气部件1具有通气路10。通气路10是在通气部件1装配于边缘2f时使内部空间2u与外部空间2s之间通气用的路径。通气部件1具备支承部12、通气膜11、突出部13、密封构件14。支承部12包围通气路10。通气膜11固定于支承部12,将通气路10以能够通气的方式闭塞。突出部13以从支承部12突出而包围通气路10的一端的方式形成,是在通气部件1装配于边缘2f时与边缘2f接触的筒状的部位。密封构件14配置在突出部12的周围,在通气部件1装配于边缘2f时将壳体2的外表面2g与通气部件1之间的间隙密封。通气部件1满足2.5≤Gs/Gt≤5.0及1.0≤{(Gs-Gt)/2}/Lt≤3.0的条件。如图3A所示,Gt是突出部13与支承部12之间的交界处的突出部12的最大外径。Gs是从突出部13侧俯视观察与突出部13相接的支承部12的外表面12g时的支承部12的外表面12g的最大外径。Lt是与突出部13的中心轴平行的方向上的突出部13的最大长度。
如图1所示,在将通气部件1向壳体2装配时,突出部13插入于开口21。此时,突出部13与开口21的边缘2f接触而向内侧变形地被插入。从防止突出部13的破损的观点出发,在通气部件1的向壳体2的装配中,最优选以与开口21的轴线A1平行地移动的方式将突出部13插入于开口21。另一方面,根据本发明者们的研讨,有时难以使通气部件与壳体的开口的轴线平行地移动而将通气部件插入于壳体的开口。例如,由于壳体2的设计规格或通气部件的向壳体的手工作业下的装配等的情形,有时难以与壳体的开口的轴线平行地使通气部件移动而插入于壳体的开口。例如,在规定的设备中,存在难以实现通气部件向壳体的装配的自动化而其装配不得不借助于手工作业的情况。
因此,本发明者们夜以继日地反复研究了即使在通气部件相对于壳体的开口的轴线倾斜的状态下将通气部件插入于开口的情况下也能够防止通气部件的破损的技术。本发明者们反复进行了很多次的试错的结果是查明了如上所述,通气部件1满足2.5≤Gs/Gt≤5.0及1.0≤{(Gs-Gt)/2}/Lt≤3.0的条件的情况在通气部件1相对于轴线A1倾斜的状态下将突出部13插入于开口21时在防止通气部件1的破损方面有利。
如图4所示,在通气部件1相对于轴线A1倾斜的状态下将突出部13插入于开口21时,突出部13的前端与边缘2f接触。在通气部件1中,通过满足2.5≤Gs/Gt及1.0≤{(Gs-Gt)/2}/Lt的条件,而支承部12的外表面12g与壳体2的外表面2g接触时的通气部件1相对于轴线A1的倾斜角度容易减小。此外,在突出部13与壳体2的外表面2g接触的状态下通气部件1朝向壳体2的内部空间2u被压入时,作用于突出部13与外表面2g接触的接触部的以突出部13的根部为支点的力矩容易减小。其结果是,能抑制突出部13向外侧的变形,容易防止通气部件1的破损。
通过满足Gs/Gt≤5.0的条件而支承部12的外表面12g的端部与开口21之间的距离容易减小,对于装配通气部件1的壳体2的制约少。通过满足{(Gs-Gt)/2}/Lt≤3.0的条件而突出部13的最大长度Lt容易缩短,能够减小与突出部13的中心轴平行的方向上的密封构件14的尺寸,能够降低通气部件1的制造成本。
比Gs/Gt的值优选为2.6以上,更优选为2.8以上。比Gs/Gt的值优选为4.5以下,更优选为4.0以下。
{(Gs-Gt)/2}/Lt的值优选为1.2以上,更优选为1.4以上。{(Gs-Gt)/2}/Lt的值优选为2.5以下,更优选为2.0以下。
如图2所示,突出部13包含多个腿部13a。多个腿部13a利用从突出部13的前端沿突出部13的中心轴延伸的狭缝13s而绕着突出部13的中心轴分离配置。多个腿部13a中的至少一个腿部具有与壳体2卡合的卡合部13k。卡合部13k在与突出部13的中心轴垂直的方向上向外侧突出。根据这样的结构,在包含突出部13向开口21的插入的通气部件1向壳体2的装配作业中,在突出部13的前端部与边缘2f接触时,腿部13a向内侧发生弹性变形。然后,当卡合部13k通过开口21时,腿部13a的变形消除,卡合部13k例如与壳体2的内表面接触。这样,卡合部13k通过卡扣而卡合于壳体2,通气部件1装配于壳体2的边缘2f。
如图3A所示,突出部13例如在其前端部包含平面状或曲面状的底面13b。如图3B所示,在俯视观察底面13b时,由底面13b形成环状的图形G。图形G例如可以为圆环状的图形,也可以是以规定的间隔沿圆环配置的多个弯曲的带状的图形。在通气部件1中,比Gs/Gr例如为2.5以上且5.0以下。Gr是环状的图形G的最大外径。根据这样的结构,在通气部件1相对于轴线A1倾斜的状态下将突出部13插入于开口21时,能更可靠地抑制突出部13向外侧的变形,容易防止通气部件1的破损。
如图3C所示,在相当于图形G的最外部的底面13b的部分由平面形成的情况下,通过该平面的外侧的端E来决定图形G的最大外径。如图3D所示,在相当于图形G的最外部的底面13b的部分由曲面形成的情况下,在沿着包含突出部13的中心轴的平面的剖面中,通过该曲面与位于比该曲面靠外侧处且曲率可看作为0的轮廓线的交界B来决定图形G的最大外径。
比Gs/Gr的值优选为2.6以上,更优选为2.8以上。比Gs/Gr的值优选为4.5以下,更优选为4.0以下。
支承部12及突出部13可以是一体成形的部件,支承部12及突出部13也可以是分别制造的部件。支承部12及突出部13的材料例如从成形性的观点出发而为热塑性树脂。热塑性树脂可以为例如聚酰胺(PA)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚苯硫醚(PPS)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚苯醚(PPE)及热塑性弹性体。支承部12及突出部13的材料可以为热固化性树脂,也可以为金属。支承部12及突出部13的材料也可以为橡胶。橡胶例如是丁腈橡胶(NBR)、乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、硅酮橡胶、氟橡胶、丙烯酸橡胶或氢化丁腈橡胶。
如图2所示,支承部12典型地具有安装有通气膜11的被粘附面12b。被粘附面12b例如为环状的面。通气膜11例如沿着与突出部13的中心轴垂直的方向配置。
在通气部件1中,比Nt/Gt例如为2.0以上且8.0以下。如图3A所示,Nt是在通气部件1装配于边缘2f时与通气膜11的朝向内部空间2u的表面相接的通气路10的最大内径。根据这样的结构,通气路10的最大内径Nt的值容易增大。该情况从提高通气部件1的通气量的观点出发有利。
比Nt/Gt的值优选为2.5以上,更优选为3.0以上。比Nt/Gt的值优选为7.0以下,更优选为6.0以下。
通气膜11只要具有所希望的通气性即可,没有限定为特定的通气膜。通气膜11可以为单层膜,也可以为多层膜。在通气膜11为多层膜的情况下,各层可以是从由多孔质膜、无纺布、布及网构成的组中选择的一个。通气膜11可以包含多孔质膜及无纺布,也可以包含布及网中的至少一个和多孔质膜,还可以包含多个无纺布。通气膜11典型地由有机高分子材料(树脂)构成。多孔质膜的材料例如为氟树脂。作为氟树脂,例如,可以使用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、聚三氟氯乙烯、四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物、或者四氟乙烯-乙烯共聚物。多孔质膜的材料也可以是乙烯、丙烯、及4-甲基戊烯-1,1丁烯等单体的聚合物或共聚物等聚烯烃。多孔质膜也可以是聚丙烯腈、尼龙或聚乳酸等纳米纤维的多孔质膜。多孔质膜能够通过公知的延伸法或抽出法制造。无纺布、布及网的材料例如是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯等聚酯、聚乙烯及聚丙烯等聚烯烃、尼龙、芳族聚酰胺、或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物。
通气膜11优选包含PTFE多孔质膜。PTFE多孔质膜即使在小面积下也能够确保通气性,能够有效地阻止杂质的侵入。PTFE多孔质膜也可以层叠于无纺布等通气性支承材料上。
通气膜11也可以根据需要被进行疏液处理。疏液处理例如通过将包含具有全氟烷基的氟系表面修饰剂的疏液性的覆膜形成于通气膜11来进行。疏液性的覆膜的形成没有限定为特定的方法。疏液性的覆膜的形成例如通过空气喷涂法、静电喷涂法、浸涂法、旋涂法、辊涂法、帘流涂法或浸渍法等方法,将具有全氟烷基的氟系表面修饰剂的溶液或通过分散对树脂多孔质膜进行涂层来进行。而且,也可以通过电沉积涂装法或等离子体聚合法,形成疏液性的覆膜。
通气膜11例如被粘结于被粘附面12b。通气膜11也可以被熔敷于被粘附面12b。作为熔敷的方法,可以利用热熔敷、超声波熔敷及激光熔敷。而且,在成形支承部12时,也可以在用于成形的模具的内部的规定的位置配置有通气膜11的状态下使树脂向模具流入而进行嵌入成形,将通气膜11安装于被粘附面12b。通气膜11也可以通过双面胶带安装于被粘附面12b。
密封构件14只要具有所希望的密封性即可,没有限定为特定的密封构件。在通气部件1未装配于壳体2的状态下,沿着包含密封构件14的轴线的平面将密封构件14切断而得到的截面是例如圆、椭圆、或具有角的平面。具有角的平面可以为多角形,也可以为将曲线与直线组合而成的图形。密封构件14也可以具有中空构造,该中空构造具有环状的内部空间。
密封构件14的材料只要能够发挥所希望的密封性即可,没有限定为特定的材料。例如,可以使用作为支承部12及突出部13的材料而例示的材料来作为密封构件14的材料。密封构件14典型地是能够弹性变形的弹性体,密封构件14的材料可以为天然橡胶、合成橡胶或热塑性弹性体等弹性体。
如图2所示,通气部件1例如还具备罩16。罩16连结于支承部12。罩16覆盖通气膜11且在与通气膜11之间形成与通气部件1的外部空间连通的空间17s。空间17s作为通气路10的一部分。由此,适当地保护通气膜11。
罩16可以是与支承部12一体成形的部件,也可以是与支承部12另行制造的部件。作为罩16的材料,可以使用例如作为支承部12的材料而例示的材料。
支承部12及罩16中的至少一方也可以具有在空间17s的外周配置的侧壁。侧壁可以包含沿周向以规定的间隔分离配置的多个侧壁。支承部12及罩16分别也可以具有沿周向以规定的间隔分离配置的多个侧壁。在该情况下,支承部12具有的侧壁与罩16具有的侧壁也可以在周向上局部地重叠。
如图2所示,通过在壳体2中的开口21的边缘2f装配通气部件1而能够提供通气构造50。在通气构造50中,壳体2例如是电子设备的壳体。电子设备例如是汽车用灯、电子控制装置(ECU)、电力系统(EPS)、蓄电池组、逆变器、转换器、毫米波雷达及车载相机等汽车用的电子设备。电子设备也可以是在汽车用以外的用途中使用的结构。根据通气构造50,通过通气路10能够使由于温度变化而在壳体2的内部空间2u与外部空间2s之间产生的压力差消除。此外,通气膜11将通气路10以能够通气的方式闭塞,因此能够阻止杂质侵入内部空间2u,例如,通气构造50具有防尘性。而且,通过通气构造50能阻止水、油及盐等向内部空间2u的侵入。
Claims (4)
1.一种通气部件,装配于使壳体的内部空间与外部空间连通的开口的边缘,其中,
所述通气部件具有通气路,该通气路用于在该通气部件装配于所述边缘时使所述内部空间与所述外部空间之间通气,
所述通气部件具备:
支承部,包围所述通气路;
通气膜,固定于所述支承部,将所述通气路以能够通气的方式闭塞;
筒状的突出部,以从所述支承部突出而包围所述通气路的一端的方式形成,在该通气部件装配于所述边缘时与所述边缘接触;及
密封构件,配置在所述突出部的周围,在该通气部件装配于所述边缘时将所述壳体的外表面与该通气部件之间的间隙密封,
所述突出部与所述支承部之间的交界处的所述突出部的最大外径Gt、俯视观察与所述突出部相接的所述支承部的外表面时的所述支承部的所述外表面的最大外径Gs、及与所述突出部的中心轴平行的方向上的所述突出部的最大长度Lt满足2.5≤Gs/Gt≤5.0及1.0≤{(Gs-Gt)/2}/Lt≤3.0的条件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的通气部件,其中,
所述突出部包含多个腿部,所述多个腿部利用从所述突出部的前端沿所述中心轴延伸的狭缝而绕着所述中心轴分离地配置,
所述多个腿部中的至少一个腿部具有卡合部,该卡合部在与所述中心轴垂直的方向上向外侧突出并与所述壳体卡合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的通气部件,其中,
所述突出部在所述突出部的前端部包含平面状或曲面状的底面,
所述支承部的所述外表面的所述最大外径相对于俯视观察所述底面时由所述底面形成的环状的图形的最大外径之比为2.5以上且5.0以下。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的通气部件,其中,
在该通气部件装配于所述边缘时与所述通气膜的朝向所述内部空间的表面相接的所述通气路的最大内径相对于所述交界处的所述突出部的最大外径之比为2.0以上且8.0以下。
