Claims (5)
- 액상형 오자 조성물로서,
오자 조성물은 오미자 추출물, 구기자 추출물, 복분자 추출물, 토사자(Cuscuta chinensis) 추출물 및 사상자 추출물로 이루어지고,
1) 오미자, 구기자, 복분자, 토사자 및 사상자의 각 중량 100g 대비 500㎖ 내지 2,000㎖의 용매를 첨가하여 60℃ 내지 120℃의 온도에서 1시간 내지 36시간 동안 추출하는 과정을 1회 내지 8회 수행하여 각각의 오미자 추출물, 구기자 추출물, 복분자 추출물, 토사자 추출물 및 사상자 추출물을 수득하는 단계; 및 2) 상기 단계 1)에서 수득된 오미자 추출물, 구기자 추출물, 복분자 추출물, 토사자 추출물 및 사상자 추출물을 혼합하고, 수분 함량이 30% 내지 60%가 되도록 농축하는 단계;를 포함하는 방법으로 제조되며,
상기 오자 조성물은 상기 복분자 추출물을 상기 오미자 추출물보다 더 많은 함량으로 포함하고,
오자 조성물 100중량부에 대하여, 상기 토사자 추출물이 1중량부 내지 7중량부로 포함되는 액상형 오자 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 추출물 제조시 사용된 용매는 물, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 저급 알코올, 및 이들의 혼합 용매로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나인 액상형 오자 조성물. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
오자 조성물 100중량부에 대하여, 상기 토사자 추출물이 1중량부 내지 6중량부로 포함되는 액상형 오자 조성물. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
오자 조성물 100중량부에 대하여, 상기 토사자 추출물이 1중량부 내지 5중량부로 포함되는 액상형 오자 조성물.
