Description
The present invention relates to a skin moisturizing or anti-aging cosmetic composition, and relates to a skin moisturizing or anti-aging cosmetic composition containing an extract extracted by adding the primary mineral water to aloe vera leaves.
Skin is an organ that functions as a protective film to protect the living body from the external environment, and prevents the loss of biological components such as water or electrolyte in the human body and prevents harmful substances from entering the human body from the outside. The skin is divided into three layers of epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue in order from the outside. Among them, the epidermal layer plays an important role in preventing moisture evaporation inside the human body.
Generally, the moisture content of the skin is about 70% in the dermal layer, but decreases toward the epidermal layer, which is about 10% to 30% in the keratinocyte layer. When the moisture content of the keratinocyte layer is less than 10%, the skin becomes rough and loses the protective function of the body. Aging occurs. In addition, the water supplied from the dermal layer is mainly moved to the upper stratum corneum by passive diffusion and finally discharged to the outside. This is called Trans Epidermal Water Loss (TEWL), and it is known that it is the sebaceous component and the epidermal lipid that are the lipid membrane components of the keratinocyte layer to maintain the appropriate level of transdermal moisture loss.
Therefore, it is very important to maintain the moisture content of the keratinocyte layer of the skin properly. To this end, cosmetics are used in addition to ingredients similar to sebum, moisturizers such as NMF components or polyols. For example, glycerin, solitol, and the like having three or more hydroxyl groups (OH groups) as water-soluble polyols exhibit excellent moisturizing power. However, it is very sticky and makes you feel uncomfortable, and hydroxyglycol (OH group) having two propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, etc. may cause side effects of the skin. In addition, other natural moisturizing factors, such as sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate (PCA-Na), sodium lactate, urea, etc., have a strong electrolytic property and thus impair the emulsion stability of the cosmetic. In addition, amino acids, collagen, elastin and the like also have a moisturizing ability, but its moisturizing ability is known to be limited.
On the other hand, water is the source of life and occupies more than 70% of our body. Water in the human body maintains cell morphology, enhances metabolism, facilitates circulation of blood and tissue fluids, dissolves nutrients, absorbs and transports them, and supplies them to cells that need nutrients. Maintains neutral to weak alkaline. In addition, the body wastes unnecessary waste in the body, and serves to maintain body temperature by dissipating heat in the body.
Water is one of the most important ingredients in cosmetic compositions. In general, water used in cosmetics is purified water purified by distillation, ion exchange and ultrafiltration. In recent years, consumers' awareness of the function and importance of water has increased greatly, and with the modern man's longing for uncontaminated pure nature, interest in water that can replace purified water has increased. Recently, a lot of cosmetics using natural raw materials have been developed, and research on water having a special function in place of purified water is being actively conducted.
On the other hand, mineral water is water containing trace amounts of minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium and is also called mineral water. It is a spring that springs out from the ground and contains a large amount of gaseous or solid matter. The hot spring is 25 ℃ or higher in Cheonwon, and the cold spring is called the hot spring.
On the other hand, Chojeong mineral water is a natural mineral water from Chojeong-ri, Cheongwon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. Rich in minerals beneficial to the human body, it is an international sparkling water with a 600-year history called "Oriental Mysterious Water."

According to the component analysis table, primary mineral water contains 1,325.76 ㎍ / 100 g of selenium (Selenium, Se, Atomic Number 34), which is known as an antioxidant as an essential trace inorganic substance in the body.
On the other hand, Aloe Vera (Aloe Vera) used in the present invention is a perennial plant of the genus Liliaceae, which is a kind of aloe, and is widely grown in the tropical and temperate regions today and is cultivated in other regions. Aloe vera leaves are long locusts with sharp tips, slightly sharp spines at the edges of leaves, fleshy, without petioles, displaced from the stem. Polysaccharides of aloe vera leaves are known to be effective in strengthening immune function and softening rough and tired skin, and have an excellent effect on skin calming and skin aging.
On the other hand, in the present invention, using the above-mentioned primary mineral water as a solvent, extract the aloe vera leaf to prepare an extract, and develop and provide a cosmetic moisturizing cosmetic composition containing the same.
According to the experiment of the present invention, the aloe vera leaf primary mineral water extract of the present invention is based on a high water holding capacity (water holding capacity), to enhance the skin moisturizing power, prevent transdermal moisture loss (TEWL), and It has been confirmed to keep the skin clear.
In addition, in the present invention, in order to confirm the skin moisturizing effect, the degree of aquaporine expression was examined. Aquaporine selectively passes only water molecules and is a major intrinsic protein family present in all cell membranes, and has a mechanism of increasing skin moisture absorption. In mammals, 13 kinds are known, of which
