Claims (9)
- 이형필름이 박리된 편광판을 디스플레이 패널에 부착시키는 디스플레이 모듈 제조 장치에 있어서,
편광판으로부터 이형필름을 박리시키며, 상기 이형필름의 박리시 상기 이형필름으로부터 낙하하는 이물질이 배출될 수 있는 유로가 형성되는 세퍼레이터; 및
상기 세퍼레이터에 결합되어 상기 이물질을 흡입하는 흡입유닛을 포함하며,
상기 세퍼레이터는,
본체;
상기 본체로부터 길이방향으로 연장형성되며, 상기 이형필름에 접촉되어 상기 편광판으로부터 상기 이형필름을 박리하는 박리부; 및
상기 이물질이 배출될 수 있도록, 상기 박리부의 두께가 상기 본체의 두께보다 작도록 하여 상기 박리부와 상기 본체 사이에 형성되는 제1 유로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 모듈 제조 장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 세퍼레이터는,
상기 박리부로부터 이격되고, 상기 박리부에 대응되도록 상기 본체로부터 길이방향으로 연장형성되며, 상기 이물질이 외부로 비산되는 것을 방지하는 비산방지부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 모듈 제조 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 세퍼레이터는,
상기 본체 내부의 적어도 일부를 관통하는 제2 유로; 및
상기 제1 유로의 이물질이 상기 제2 유로로 이동할 수 있도록, 상기 제1 유로로부터 상기 제2 유로까지 관통되는 관통공을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 모듈 제조 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제2 유로는 한 쌍으로 마련되며, 상기 본체의 중심부를 기준으로 상호 분리되고 서로 대향되도록 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 모듈 제조 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 흡입유닛은 상기 제2 유로에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 모듈 제조 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡입유닛은 진공 이젝터 또는 진공 펌프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 모듈 제조 장치. - 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 디스플레이 모듈 제조 장치에 의해 제조된 디스플레이 모듈.
- 제8항의 디스플레이 모듈을 구비하는 디스플레이 기기.
