Claims (9)
- 離型フィルムが剥離された偏光板をディスプレイパネルに付着させるディスプレイモジュール製造装置であって、
前記偏光板から前記離型フィルムを剥離させ、前記離型フィルムの剥離時に前記離型フィルムから落下する異質物を排出できる流路が形成されるセパレータ、及び
前記セパレータに結合され、前記異質物を吸入する吸入ユニット
を含むディスプレイモジュール製造装置。 - 前記セパレータは、
本体、
前記本体から延長方向に延長形成され、前記離型フィルムに接触して前記偏光板から前記離型フィルムを剥離する剥離部、及び
前記異質物を排出できるように前記剥離部と前記本体との間に形成される第1流路を含む、
請求項1に記載のディスプレイモジュール製造装置。 - 前記セパレータは、
前記剥離部から離隔し、前記剥離部に対応するように前記本体から延長方向に延長形成され、前記異質物が外部に飛散するのを防止する飛散防止部をさらに含む、
請求項2に記載のディスプレイモジュール製造装置。 - 前記セパレータは、
前記本体内部の少なくとも一部を貫通する第2流路、及び
前記第1流路の異質物が前記第2流路に移動することができるように、前記第1流路から前記第2流路まで貫通する貫通孔をさらに含む、
請求項2または3に記載のディスプレイモジュール製造装置。 - 前記第2流路は1対で備えられ、前記本体の中心部を基準に互いに分離されて互いに対向するように位置する、
請求項4に記載のディスプレイモジュール製造装置。 - 前記吸入ユニットは前記第2流路に結合される、
請求項4または5に記載のディスプレイモジュール製造装置。 - 前記吸入ユニットは真空エジェクタまたは真空ポンプを含む、
請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイモジュール製造装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイモジュール製造装置によって製造されたディスプレイモジュール。
