Description
[1−1.表示装置の構成の概要]
図1は、実施の形態1における表示装置100の外観の一例を模式的に示す斜視図である。
発光ユニット140は、表示パネル103の背面に実質的に輝度が均一な光を放射するための部材であり、一般的に「バックライト」等と呼称される。発光ユニット140は、拡散板104と、反射シート105と、発光モジュール106と、を備えている。
図3は、実施の形態1における背面板108の背部の一例を模式的に示す斜視図である。
以上のように、本実施の形態において、表示装置は、画像を表示する表示パネルと、表示パネルを保持する背面板と、を備える。背面板は、取付部と、複数の縦膨出部と、横膨出部と、を備える。取付部は、当該背面板の一端の縁部の複数箇所に配置され、当該表示装置を保持する保持部材が取り付けられる。縦膨出部は、当該背面板の基準面から膨出し、取付部の一端部近傍から当該背面板の一端に対向する他端の縁部まで延伸している。横膨出部は、基準面から膨出し、当該背面板の他端の縁に沿って延伸し、互いに隣り合う縦膨出部の間隔よりも大きい長さを有する。
以上のように、本出願において開示する技術の例示として、実施の形態1を説明した。しかしながら、本開示における技術は、これに限定されず、変更、置き換え、付加、省略等を行った実施の形態にも適用できる。また、上記実施の形態1で説明した各構成要素を組み合わせて、新たな実施の形態とすることも可能である。

Claims (2)
- 画像を表示する表示パネルと、前記表示パネルを保持する背面板と、を備える表示装置であって、
前記背面板は、当該背面板の一端の縁部の複数箇所に配置され、当該表示装置を保持する保持部材が取り付けられる取付部と、
当該背面板の基準面から膨出し、複数の前記取付部の一端部近傍から当該背面板の前記一端に対向する他端の縁部まで延伸する複数の縦膨出部と、
前記基準面から膨出し、当該背面板の前記他端の縁に沿って延伸し、互いに隣り合う前記縦膨出部の間隔よりも大きい長さを有する横膨出部と、を備え、
前記縦膨出部は、前記取付部よりも広い幅を有し、
前記背面板は、前記取付部の側方に設けられ、前記縦膨出部の一端から前記取付部の前記一端部を超える位置まで延伸する補強膨出部を備える、
表示装置。 - 前記補強膨出部は、前記背面板の前記一端に向かって膨出高さが徐々に低くなる傾斜部を備える、
