Description
도 2는 침지 후 전해질 분석 결과를 예시한 것이다.
도 3은 0.5M NaCl에 150h 침지후, 왁스를 초음파조에서 자일렌에 5 내지 10분 동안 용해시킨 세척된 강철 패널을 도시한 것이다.
도 4는 광학 검경 결과를 도시한 것이다.
도 5는 100% 상대습도(r.h.) 하에 48 시간 저장한 후의 왁스 코팅된 강철 샘플을 나타낸다; Q-팁으로 표면을 닦아 스크래치를 만든 후, NaCl을 충전시켰다.

Claims (24)
- 왁스, 도핑된 형태의 비치환 또는 치환된 폴리아닐린 및 액체 파라핀을 함유하는 방식성(corrosion-protective) 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아닐린 성분이 평균 크기(수 평균 직경)가 100 내지 600 nm 범위인 분산 입자 형태로 조성물에 존재하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물에 폴리아닐린 성분의 분산 정도는 실온에서 측정한 UV-Vis 스펙트럼으로부터 수득되는 A/B 비(여기서, 변수 A는 450 nm 파장에서 자일렌 중에서 측정된 조성물 샘플의 흡광도이고, 변수 B는 880nm 파장에서 자일렌 중에서 측정된 조성물 샘플의 흡광도이다)가 2 내지 3 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 2종의 다른 종류의 폴리아닐린을 함유하고 적어도 1종은 도핑된 형태인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아닐린이 비치환된 폴리아닐린 또는 치환된 폴리아닐린의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아닐린이 아닐린, 알킬-치환된 아닐린 또는 설폰화된 아닐린의 중합 또는 공중합으로부터 유래된 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아닐린이 방향족 설폰산들로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 도판트를 사용하여 도핑되는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아닐린에 존재하는 도판트의 몰 농도가 아닐린 단량체 단위의 몰 수 대비, 20 내지 200% 범위인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아닐린이 조성물의 총 중량 대비 0.05% 내지 5% 범위의 농도로 존재하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 파라핀의 농도가 조성물의 총 중량 대비 5 내지 95% 범위인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 파라핀이 화학식 CnH2n+2 (여기서, n ≤ 20)로 표시되는 알칸 탄화수소를 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 왁스 성분이 질소 부재이고 산소에 노출 시 경화될 수 있는 탄소-탄소 이중 결합의 존재를 특징으로 하는 물질을 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 왁스 성분의 점도가 DIN 53019-2에 따라 20℃에서 측정 시 100 내지 1,000 mPas 범위인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 왁스 성분이 틱소트로피 거동을 나타내는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 요오드가를 기준으로 70 내지 200 범위의 농도로 존재하는 탄소-탄소 이중 결합을 포함하는 탄소 화합물을 함유하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 탄소-탄소 이중 결합을 포함하며 식물 기원의 오일들로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 탄소 화합물을 함유하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 조성물을 함유하는 단층 코팅과 부식 방지되어야 하는 기재를 함유하는 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 조성물의 제조 방법으로서,
i) 도핑된 형태의 폴리아닐린의 제1 분산액을 제조하는 단계;
ii) 폴리아닐린의 제1 분산액을 왁스 성분과 배합하여 여기에 폴리아닐린을 충분히 분산시키는 단계를 포함하는, 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제18항에 있어서, 폴리아닐린의 제1 분산액이 분산 매질로서 액체 파라핀에 형성되는 것인, 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제17항에 따른 물품의 제조 방법으로서,
i) 도핑된 형태의 폴리아닐린의 제1 분산액을 제조하는 단계;
ii) 폴리아닐린의 제1 분산액을 왁스 성분과 배합하여 여기에 폴리아닐린을 충분히 분산시키는 단계를 통해 조성물을 제조하는, 물품의 제조 방법. - 제17항에 있어서, 기재가 강철, 철, 아연, 알루미늄 또는 마그네슘 도금된 강철 알루미늄 및 마그네슘으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 것인 물품.
- 단층 코팅으로서 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 사용하여 기재의 부식을 방지하는 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 철, 아연, 알루미늄, 강철 및 알루미늄 또는 마그네슘-도금된 강철로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 캐비티 또는 중공 공간 내에 코팅이 형성될 정도의 모양을 갖고 있는 것인, 방법.
