Abstract
본 발명에 따른 에델바이스 식물 세포 또는 부정근 배양물 또는 그 추출물을 함유한 피부 외용제 조성물은 피부 세포에 독성이 없으면서도 피부 주름개선, 창상 치유, 모공수축, 피지분비 억제, 여드름 개선 등의 효능을 가지고 있다.
Description
도 2는 에델바이스 식물세포 배양물의 HPLC 분석 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 3은 에델바이스 식물세포 배양추출물의 보습 효과를 확인하기 위해 AQP3 mRNA relative intensity를 확인한 그래프이다.
도 4는 에델바이스 식물세포 배양추출물의 주름 개선 효과를 확인하기 위하여 MMP-2 mRNA relative intensity를 확인한 그래프이다.
도 5는 에델바이스 식물세포 배양추출물의 Wound healing Assaym를 통한 창상 치유 효과를 확인한 그래프이다.

Claims (16)
- 에델바이스(Leontopodium alpinum)의 식물 세포 배양물의 추출물을 함유하는 모공축소용, 미백용, 및 피부 장벽 보호 또는 개선용 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화장료 조성물은 피지 억제용도를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화장료 조성물은 여드름 억제 또는 개선용도를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화장료 조성물은 자외선에 의한 피부 손상 억제용도를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화장료 조성물은 피부 주름 개선 또는 억제용도를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화장료 조성물은 피부의 염증 완화 또는 개선용도를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추출물은 에델바이스(Leontopodium alpinum)의 식물 세포 배양물의 유기용매, 초음파 또는 열수 추출물인 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 에델바이스(Leontopodium alpinum) 식물 세포 배양물의 추출물을 함유한 화장료 조성물의 제조방법:
(a) 에델바이스 식물의 잎, 또는 줄기조직을 분리하여 식물 세포 배양하는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 에델바이스 식물세포 배양물의 추출물을 함유하는 화장료 조성물을 제조하는 단계.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 (a)단계는,
상기 에델바이스 식물의 잎 또는 줄기 조직을 분리하여 6-벤질아미노푸린(6-Benzylaminopurine, 6-BAP), 2,4-디클로로페녹시아세트산 (2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, 2,4-D)을 함유한 배지에서 배양함으로써 식물 세포 배양물을 얻는 단계
인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 (a)단계에서 배양된 식물세포를 50 내지 500 kHz로 10~30분 간격으로 3~5회 고주파 처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 (b)단계는, (a)단계에서 얻어진 에델바이스 식물세포 배양물을 건조하고, 분말화하여 정제수에 혼합시킨 다음, 유기용매, 초음파 추출 또는 열수 추출하여 화장료 조성물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
