Claims (10)
- 유기 전계 발광 소자에 있어서,
광 투과성 전극과 광 반사성 전극의 사이에 발광 유닛을 적어도 3개 구비하고,
복수의 상기 발광 유닛은
하기 식 (1)에서의 가중평균 발광 파장 λs가 380nm 이상 550nm 미만인 한 개 이상의 단파장 발광 유닛과,
하기 식 (1)에서의 가중평균 발광 파장 λs가 550nm 이상 780nm 이하인 복수의 장파장 발광 유닛
으로 구성되고,
상기 장파장 발광 유닛의 수는 상기 단파장 발광 유닛의 수보다 많으며,
상기 장파장 발광 유닛은 인광 발광 유닛으로 구성되고, 상기 단파장 발광 유닛은 형광 발광 유닛으로 구성되고,
복수의 상기 발광 유닛 각각은, 발광층, 및 상기 발광층의 상기 광 반사성 전극 측에 설치된 전하 이동층을 포함하는,
유기 전계 발광 소자.

복수의 상기 발광 유닛은 상기 광 반사성 전극측으로부터 녹색 발광 재료를 포함하는 상기 발광 유닛, 청색 발광 재료를 포함하는 상기 발광 유닛, 그리고 적색 발광 재료를 포함하는 상기 발광 유닛의 순서로 배치되어 있는,
유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
복수의 상기 발광 유닛은 상기 광 반사성 전극측으로부터 청색 발광 재료를 포함하는 상기 발광 유닛, 적색 발광 재료를 포함하는 상기 발광 유닛, 그리고 녹색 발광 재료를 포함하는 상기 발광 유닛의 순서로 배치되어 있는,
