Claims (12)
- 영구 자석으로 된 회전자(rotor)와 고정자(stator)를 포함하는 단일 방향성인(unidirectional) 전기 기기로서,
상기 고정자는 다수의 자극(pole)을 포함하며,
상기 자극은 상기 회전자의 회전 방향에 대한 리딩 에지(leading edge) 및 트레일링 에지(trailing edge)를 각각 포함하고,
상기 리딩 에지는 상기 회전자의 회전 축에 법선(normal)인 방향으로 상기 트레일링 에지보다 더 두꺼우며,
상기 고정자는 대향하는 한 쌍의 자극을 포함하며,
상기 대향하는 한 쌍의 자극 중의 리딩 에지와 상기 회전자 사이의 에어 갭(air gap)은 상기 대향하는 한 쌍의 자극 중의 트레일링 에지와 상기 회전자 사이의 에어 갭보다 큰,
전기 기기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 자극의 리딩 에지는 모따기(chamfer) 가공된, 전기 기기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 자극은 상기 리딩 에지와 상기 트레일링 에지 사이에서 연장하는 자극 원호(pole arc)를 포함하는, 전기 기기. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 자극의 리딩 에지 및 트레일링 에지는 상기 자극의 면과 상기 자극 원호 사이에서 연장되어 있는, 전기 기기. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고정자는 대향하는 한 쌍의 자극을 포함하며,
상기 대향하는 한 쌍의 자극 중의 리딩 에지 간의 분리된 거리는 적어도 상기 대향하는 한 쌍의 자극 중의 트레일링 에지 간의 분리된 거리가 되는, 전기 기기. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 리딩 에지 간의 분리된 거리는 상기 트레일링 거리 간의 분리된 거리보다 크게 된 것인, 전기 기기. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 자극은 상기 회전자에 인접한 자극 면(pole face), 상기 자극 면으로부터 먼 쪽으로 연장하는 제1 면, 상기 자극 면으로부터 먼 쪽으로 연장하며 상기 제1 면의 반대쪽에 있는 제2 면, 및 상기 자극 면에 형성된 자극 원호(pole arc)를 포함하며,
상기 자극의 리딩 에지는 상기 자극 원호로부터 상기 제1 면으로 연장되며, 상기 트레일링 에지는 상기 자극 원호로부터 상기 제2 면으로 연장된, 전기 기기. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 자극을 양분하는 중심선(centerline)과 상기 제1 면 사이의 거리는, 상기 자극 면에 인접한 영역의 제2 면과 상기 중심선 사이의 거리보다 크게 된, 전기 기기. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 자극은 적어도 130도의 전기각(electrical angle)에 대응하도록 형성된, 전기 기기. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고정자는 c자형이며, 슬롯 구멍(slot opening)에 의해 분리된 서로 대향하는 한 쌍의 자극을 포함하는, 전기 기기. - 삭제
