Claims (10)
- 永久磁石型ロータと、ステータとを有する一方向回転用の電気機械であって、前記ステータは、複数の磁極を有し、各磁極は、前記ロータの回転方向に関して前縁及び後縁を有し、前記前縁は、前記ロータの回転軸線に垂直な方向において前記後縁よりも厚く、
前記ステータは、一対の互いに向かい合った磁極を有し、前記ロータと前記互いに向かい合った磁極の各々の前記前縁との間の空隙は、前記ロータと前記後縁との間の空隙よりも大きい、電気機械。 - 各磁極の前記前縁は、面取りされている、請求項1記載の電気機械。
- 各磁極は、前記前縁と前記後縁との間に延びる磁極弧状部を有する、請求項1又は2記載の電気機械。
- 各磁極の前記前縁及び前記後縁は、前記磁極弧状部と前記磁極の側部との間に延びる、請求項3記載の電気機械。
- 前記ステータは、一対の向かい合った磁極を有し、前記向かい合った磁極の前記前縁相互間の離隔距離は、少なくとも前記後縁相互間の離隔距離である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械。
- 前記前縁相互間の前記離隔距離は、前記後縁相互間の前記離隔距離よりも大きい、請求項5記載の電気機械。
- 各磁極は、前記ロータに隣接して位置する磁極作用面と、前記磁極作用面から遠ざかって延びる第1の側部及びこれに対向する第2の側部と、前記磁極作用面に形成された磁極弧状部とを有し、各磁極の前記前縁は、前記磁極弧状部から前記第1の側部まで延び、前記後縁は、前記磁極弧状部から前記第2の側部まで延びる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械。
- 前記磁極弧状部を2等分する中心線と前記第1の側部との間の距離は、前記中心線と前記磁極作用面に隣接して位置する領域の前記第2の側部との間の距離よりも大きい、請求項7記載の電気機械。
- 各磁極は、少なくとも130°の電気角の範囲にわたっている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械。
- 前記ステータは、C字形であり、前記ステータは、スロット開口部によって互いに隔てられた一対の向かい合った磁極を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械。
