Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 락토바실러스 플란타룸 (Lactobacillus plantarum) HAC01을 투여한 그룹(HF-LP), 대조군 그룹(HF-PBS)과 참고 균주로 사용한 락토바실러스 람노서스 (Lactobacillus rhamnosus) GG 프로바이오틱스를 투여한 그룹(HF-LG)의 쥐의 체중 변화(A) 및 내장지방량(B)을 분석한 결과이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 락토바실러스 플란타룸 HAC01을 투여한 그룹(HF-LP), 대조군 그룹(HF-PBS)과 참고 균주로 사용한 락토바실러스 람노서스 GG 프로바이오틱스를 투여한 그룹(HF-LG)의 쥐 내장 지방세포에서 생성되는 아디포카인 중에서 염증 완화와 관련된 아디포넥틴(A), 그리고 염증 유발과 관련된 렙틴(B), MCP-1(C) 및 인터루킨(IL, interleukin)-1b(D)의 mRNA 발현양을 분석한 결과이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 락토바실러스 플란타룸 HAC01을 투여한 그룹(HF-LP), 대조군 그룹(HF-PBS)과 참고 균주로 사용한 락토바실러스 람노서스 GG 프로바이오틱스를 투여한 그룹(HF-LG)의 쥐 비장에서 항염증 관련 사이토카인 인터루킨-10(A)과 TGF-β(B), 조절 T세포에서 특이적으로 발현되는 Foxp3 전사인자(C), 그리고 염증 유발 관련 사이토카인인 인터루킨-12(D), TNF-α(E) 및 인터루킨-6(F)의 mRNA 변화를 확인한 결과이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 락토바실러스 플란타룸 HAC01을 투여한 그룹(HF-LP), 대조군 그룹(HF-PBS)과 참고 균주로 사용한 락토바실러스 람노서스 GG 프로바이오틱스를 투여한 그룹(HF-LG)의 쥐 혈청에서 아디포넥틴(A)과 렙틴(B)의 변화량을 ELISA로 측정하여 나타낸 결과이다.

- 항염증 및 비만, 당뇨병, 고지혈증, 고콜레스테롤증, 동맥경화증, 지방간 및 심혈관질환으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 대사성 질환 개선 효능을 갖는 락토바실러스 플란타룸(Lactobacillus plantarum) HAC01 균주 (기탁번호: KCTC 12647BP).
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 균주는 MCP-1(monocyte chemoattractant protein-1), 인터루킨-1b, 인터루킨-12의 발현을 억제함으로써 항염증 효능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 락토바실러스 플란타룸 HAC01 균주.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 균주는 혈중 글루코스, 콜레스테롤 및 중성지방의 수준을 감소시킴으로써 대사성질환 개선 효능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 락토바실러스 플란타룸 HAC01 균주.
- 제1항, 제3항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 균주, 상기 균주의 배양물, 상기 배양물의 농축액 및 건조물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 유효성분으로 함유하는 프로바이오틱스 제제.
