Claims (58)
- 사용자가 입력한 미리 설정된 전류와 유사한 정전류를 생체내 발생시키는 에너지 펄스를 포유류의 소망하는 조직에 전달하도록 되어 있는 전기천공 장치로서,소망하는 조직에 정전류를 발생시키는 에너지 펄스를 전달할 수 있는 전기천공 부품과,공간적으로 배열된 다수의 피부 전극을 갖는 전극 배열체를 포함하는 피부 전극 조립체를 포함하고,상기 피부 전극 조립체는 전기천공 부품으로부터 에너지 펄스를 받아서 이를 피부 전극을 통해 소망하는 조직에 전달하며,상기 전기천공 부품은 피드백 기구를 포함하고,다수의 피부 전극들 중 적어도 하나는 에너지 펄스의 전달 동안에 중성이 되도록 배치되고, 소망하는 조직에서 임피던스를 측정하여 그 임피던스를 펄스의 전달 동안 상기 피드백 기구에 전달하도록 배치되며,상기 피드백 기구는 측정된 임피던스를 받아서, 정전류를 유지시키기 위해 전기천공 부품에 의해 전달되는 에너지 펄스를 조절하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기천공 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 피부 전극은 바늘 전극, 전도성 봉, 또는 전도성 막영역인 전기천공 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 바늘 전극은 근육 조직을 실질적으로 뚫지 않고 진피내 또는 피하 조직과 접촉하도록 적응되는 전기천공 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 피부 전극 조립체는 작동 스위치 및 피부 전극 조립체의 작동을 보고하는 상태 지시기를 더 포함하는 전기천공 장치.
