Abstract
상기와 같은 구성의 본 발명은 작은 압입력으로 체결이 가능하기 때문에 작업자의 피로도를 감소 시킬 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 종래의 구조에서 발생할 수 있었던 문제점을 해소하여 불량품 발생얼 억제할 수 있다. 아울러, 종래의 장착방식 중 하나인 기어노브와 기어로드의 나사결합 방식의 단점인 과도한 회전에 의한 조립성 저하를 막을 수 있으며, 조립 및 탈거가 쉽기 때문에 A/S가 쉬울 뿐만아니라 운전자의 취향에 따라서 기어노브를 용이하게 교체할 수도 있다.
Description
도 1b 는 종래의 기어노브 장착구조로써 기어로드의 상단 외주면에 수나사산을 형성하고 기어노브 안쪽에 상기 수나사산과 치합하는 암나나산이 형성된 구조를 도시한 도면,
도 2 는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 기어로드와 기어노브의 단면 모습을 도시한 도면,
도 3 은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 기어로드와 기어노브가 결합되기 전과 결합된 후의 단면 모습들을 도시한 도면
도 4 는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 클립이 회동하는 모습을 도시한 사시도,
도 5 는 도 4 는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 클립이 회동하는 모습을 아랫쪽에서 바라본 시선으로 도시한 도면,
도 6 은 노브코어에 부트홀더가 결합된 모습을 도시한 도면.

Claims (4)
- 기어로드의 상단이 하부에 형성된 진입홀로 삽입되어 장착되는 기어노브의 장착구조에 있어서,
길이방향을 따라 내부에 진입홀이 형성된 노브코어;와
상기 노브코어에서 회전가능하게 장착되되 외주면에 돌기가 돌출된 클립; 및
상기 진입홀로 진입하여 노브코어가 끼워지되 외주면에 고정홈이 형성된 기어로드;를 포함하고,
상기 기어로드가 노브코어에 삽입되면 돌기가 노브코어의 내측을 향하여 돌출되도록 클립이 회전하여 상기 돌기가 고정홈에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어노브의 장착구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 클립에는 외주면에서 돌출된 그립부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기어노브의 장착구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 그립부는 돌기가 고정홈에 끼워지도록 클립이 회전했을 때 노브코어의 표면에 맞닿도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기어노브의 장착구조.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 돌기가 고정홈에 끼워지도록 클립이 회전되면 상기 클립의 회전을 방지하기 위하여 부트홀더가 노브코어에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어노브의 장착구조.
